At the same time, Bhavya is walking toward Nitin’s room when she notices an envelope on the floor. Curious, she picks it up and opens it—only to find a fabricated pregnancy report bearing Riya’s name. The revelation hits her like a shockwave. Confused and heartbroken, she begins piecing things together, her mind racing with painful possibilities. Feeling betrayed, Bhavya walks back to Rishank’s room, silent tears streaming down her face.
