The episode begins with an elderly woman joining Katha and UV’s hands, blessing them to stay happy together forever. Both Katha and UV are taken aback. Another woman praises them, saying they are the reason behind the elderly lady’s smile. Embarrassed, Katha and UV quickly withdraw their hands and leave, clearly uncomfortable.
At the Jindal house, Rukhmani and Shikha discuss UV and Eshwar’s ongoing tension. Shikha suggests convincing Eshwar to arrange UV’s marriage. Rukhmani scolds her for always thinking about matchmaking, but Shikha explains that a loving and caring partner might ease UV’s deep yearning for maternal love. Rukhmani seems thoughtful.
Meanwhile, Katha vents her emotions in her diary, reflecting on Navin’s remarks and the incident at the old-age home. She wonders what signs the universe is trying to show her and reminds herself not to fall for emotional cues again, having already made a mistake by trusting the signs regarding UV. Just then, Vandana arrives and mentions the upcoming tree-planting festival at Mohit’s place. Since Mohan and Naina are unavailable, Katha volunteers to attend the event so Mohit doesn’t feel neglected. Vandana agrees.
Back at the Jindal residence, Eshwar prays, expressing his anguish over UV’s behavior. He says he wasn’t responsible for Sheetal leaving the house and wonders why UV holds him accountable. Rukhmani joins him and says their fights hurt her the most. She suggests again that UV’s marriage should be fixed. Eshwar reminds her that UV insisted he would only marry someone chosen by his mother. Rukhmani argues that a good life partner could help UV heal. Eshwar doubts any family would agree to marry their daughter to UV given the recent controversies. But Rukhmani urges him to try. She also reminds him about the tree-planting festival and says she’ll pray for their wish to be fulfilled. Unbeknownst to them, UV’s cousins overhear the conversation and decide to inform UV.
Katha arrives at the festival and overhears Mohit expressing frustration over a lack of help for the event. She reassures him and offers to handle the arrangements.
Elsewhere, UV tells his cousins he’s aware how difficult it is to find his mother. He admits he got too hopeful the day before and was left disappointed. When the cousins reveal Eshwar and Rukhmani are planning to fix his marriage, UV is furious and storms out to confront them.
UV reaches the festival and confronts Eshwar, reiterating that he’ll only marry someone chosen by his mother. Eshwar mocks his obsession and tells him to obey his father instead. Rukhmani scolds them both and pleads with UV to at least join the puja. UV refuses and leaves. Rukhmani prays that both father and son find peace and understanding.
Just then, they hear Katha singing. Intrigued, they follow the voice and are impressed by her performance. Katha greets them warmly, and both Eshwar and Rukhmani praise her.
