Just then, an ambulance arrives, and the police arrest Srichand. As Neil is taken away on a stretcher, Savi asks Bhagyashree to hand over Kian. Bhagyashree refuses, but Bhakti intervenes, gives Kian to Savi, and tells Bhagyashree they must accompany the police for questioning. Since they live in Srichand’s house and her son is involved in his money laundering activities—including Srichand booking their tickets to the U.S.—they are now under investigation. Bhagyashree silently vows to separate Sai and Kian from Savi soon.
At the hospital, Savi urgently informs the doctor that Neil has been shot. Dr. Surva examines him and explains that the bullet has struck a nerve linked to the brain, leaving Neil in a critical condition. He is rushed into surgery. While waiting, Savi is flooded with memories of Neil. Sai innocently asks if Neil will become a star like her father. Savi sends her with Bhakti to pray for his recovery. Outside, Leena confronts Dr. Surva about Neil’s condition. He explains that the trauma has caused memory loss, and Neil has forgotten his past. When Leena asks who Neil believes his wife and child are, Dr. Surva admits he doesn’t know, but said yes to avoid further distress. Just then, a nurse arrives and asks if she should bring in Neil’s wife and child—referring to Savi and her children. Leena is stunned, demanding to know why Neil thinks Savi and her kids are his family. Dr. Surva asks her to remain calm and allow him to speak to Savi first.
Dr. Surva then meets Savi and gently informs her about Neil’s memory loss. He explains that Neil now believes she and the children are his family. Noticing her sindoor, he asks her about it. Savi tells him that Neil had applied it himself and recounts the entire incident.
Dr. Surva then makes a difficult request—he asks Savi to continue presenting herself as Neil’s wife, since that’s what Neil currently believes. But Savi firmly refuses.
