The episode begins with Gaurav asking Raghav what will happen to the baby. Raghav responds coldly, saying, “I don’t even want to see the baby’s face. She will not step into our home. If she dies, so be it. And if she survives, send her to an orphanage.” He adds with deep anguish, “For me, Anjali, Ganesh, Sapna, and the baby all died the day my son did.” Overwhelmed with grief, Raghav breaks down. Gaurav tries to console him.
Meanwhile, one of Yuvraj’s goons approaches a nurse, pretending to be the baby’s uncle, and inquires about her. The nurse lies, claiming the baby is dead. The goon calls Yuvraj and gives him the news. Believing the child is gone, Yuvraj is overjoyed, thinking he has finally succeeded in taking revenge on Advocate Anjali Awasthi.
Elsewhere, Ganesh thanks the nurse for saving the baby and begs her to keep the truth hidden. The nurse agrees. Ganesh then instructs Sapna to leave the hospital immediately with the baby and never reveal that she is alive. Sapna asks why. Ganesh explains that Chandrabhan and his son are ruthless and will try to kill the baby, calling them monsters. Sapna quietly exits the hospital with the child.
Ganesh then approaches Raghav, folding his hands in front of him. Seeing him, Raghav is reminded of Aman’s lifeless body and, in a fit of rage, raises his hand to strike Ganesh. Ganesh stops him. Raghav lashes out, saying, “My son died because of your daughter. I blame your entire family for this tragedy.” In his pain, he curses that Anjali will never be able to stand on her feet again.
Just then, hospital staff arrive with Aman’s body on a stretcher. Ganesh, overcome with emotion, recalls his memories with Aman and tries to approach. But Abhay and Vaibhav stop him and push him away. Ganesh falls to the ground. As the nurse moves to help, Abhay threatens Ganesh, warning him to never show his face again or face dire consequences. Ganesh silently walks away.
The Rajput family then takes Aman’s body from the hospital. A montage of Aman and Anjali’s shared memories plays, reflecting on the love they had and the devastation caused by Yuvraj’s cruel scheme.
