The episode begins with Vikrant asking Mannat to leave. Heartbroken, she tells him that he can’t give her what she truly wanted. Suddenly, Vikrant feels dizzy and accidentally hits his head, losing his balance. Mannat catches him just in time.
Meanwhile, the priest informs the Salooja family that the current time is extremely auspicious — anyone who marries during this moment will remain united forever, and no one can separate them. As Mannat helps Vikrant, his blood unintentionally marks her hairline. Despite her concern, he refuses to let her tend to his wound. Just then, Mallika rushes over and pulls them apart, asking Mannat to leave. With a heavy heart, Mannat walks away. Mallika, pretending to care, stays by Vikrant’s side.
Vikrant, still upset, calls the wedding management and cancels all decorations and food arrangements. Mallika overhears and panics, thinking he might cancel the wedding altogether. She urges him to calm down and get first aid for his injury.
Later, Mannat tells Aishwarya that everything is done. Aishwarya sarcastically congratulates her for breaking Vikrant’s heart and points out that she too kept her word — she didn’t take a single step forward for Mannat. Mannat reminds her that the deal is complete and now it’s time to sign the paperwork. She warns Aishwarya not to try any dirty tricks. Without Aishwarya realizing, Mannat cleverly slips in additional documents and manages to get her signature. Gagan notices the exchange and wonders how Mannat pulled it off — and what exactly Aishwarya is so afraid of.
Aishwarya says she only agreed to the deal to save her mother, but Mannat calls it a sacrifice, not a deal. She says she sacrificed her love for her mother because her mother means everything to her.
Mannat confronts Aishwarya, saying that by forcing someone into a loveless marriage for money, she hasn’t given her daughter happiness — she’s ruined her life. Aishwarya angrily asks who Mannat is to interfere in her life. Mannat fires back, saying Aishwarya doesn’t even have the right to make decisions in her own daughter’s life. She reminds her that although Aishwarya abandoned her at the seashore to die, it was Shruthi’s mother who changed her life — and Mannat will do anything for her.
As Aishwarya is wheeled into the operating theatre, Mannat stands by with a heavy heart, torn with guilt for breaking Vikrant’s heart — the one person who always stood by her. She prays to God, consumed by emotional turmoil.
Meanwhile, Mallika brings Vikrant back to his room and begins poisoning his mind against Mannat. He feels guilty for involving Mallika in the fake marriage and says he wants to confess that the wedding was never real. Mallika tries to stop him. Startled by a thunderclap, Vikrant hugs Mallika by mistake, thinking it’s Mannat. At the same time, Mannat hears the thunder and is overwhelmed with anxiety.
