In today’s episode, Preet expresses how empty the house feels without Bharti. She misses Bharti’s smile and presence. Anupama also shares her sorrow. Preet questions why someone as devout as Bharti, who prays so sincerely, still has to suffer. Anupama tries to comfort her, encouraging her to remain hopeful. Preet fears Bharti might not survive, but Anupama urges her to stay strong and have faith in Bharti’s recovery.
Preet attempts to secure a loan for Bharti’s treatment but informs Anupama that it can’t be arranged immediately. Worried about managing both the rent and medical expenses, Preet grows anxious. Anupama consoles her and devises a plan to arrange the required money.
Meanwhile, Prarthana apologizes to Parag and reveals that Gautam had coerced her multiple times. She clarifies that the child she’s carrying is Gautam’s. Gautam, however, denies the accusation and calls her a liar. Vasundhara scolds Prarthana for sharing such things with Parag, accusing her of shamelessness. But Prarthana stands firm, insisting she’s telling the truth. Parag asks her to come back to him, but Prarthana confesses her feelings for Ansh and refuses to return. Khyati sarcastically comments that Anupama’s plan has succeeded once again, leaving Rahi shocked.
Back at the chawl, Anupama and Prem pray for Bharti’s recovery. Sarita and the other women of the chawl come together to help by collecting money. Anupama gratefully accepts their contributions and decides to use the funds to buy Bharti’s medicines. Sarita reflects sadly on how Bharti was cheerful just the previous day, and now she’s fighting for her life. Anupama assures her that God will not let Bharti down. Preet promises to visit Shri Siddhivinayak Temple if Bharti recovers.
At home, tensions rise between Vasundhara and Parag. Gautam tries to persuade them that Prarthana is actually pregnant with Ansh’s child and that she has confessed her love for Ansh. Parag tells Gautam to leave if he wants to. Vasundhara threatens to leave the house herself if Gautam walks out. Parag is left stunned.
Elsewhere, Prarthana pleads with Ansh not to misunderstand her intentions. She assures him that she doesn’t want a relationship with him simply because she’s pregnant. She admits her love for him and apologizes, saying she only hopes for friendship. Ansh replies that due to his responsibilities, he can’t offer her anything beyond friendship. Prarthana accepts this, content with having him as a friend.
Determined to save Bharti, Anupama sells her earrings. Preet is relieved and grateful for Anupama’s sacrifice. Soon after, the house owner demands rent from Preet. Anupama and Preet try to explain that Bharti is hospitalized and they’re short on funds, but the landlord insists on payment or eviction. Anupama somehow manages to pay the rent just in time.
Meanwhile, Ishani questions Pakhi about the money. Pakhi reveals she sold free samples to a client. Ishani worries that Meeta might discover the truth, but Pakhi reassures her, telling her to focus on charming the wealthy man whose number she had shared.
At the hospital, Bharti regains consciousness and immediately asks about Sumit. Preet informs her that Sumit abandoned her in her time of need. Bharti refuses to believe it.
