The episode begins with Om requesting Isha to work anywhere but at Dhruv’s company, as he cannot bear the thought of her being around Dhruv. Isha calmly says she understands his concern. Seeing Isha and Om speaking to each other with affection and mutual respect again, Gayatri begins scheming, wondering how she can separate them.
Isha tells Om that she will submit her resignation at Dhruv’s office the next morning and begin searching for a new job elsewhere. Om thanks her sincerely.
The next morning, Isha leaves for Dhruv’s office. While Om is having breakfast, Gayatri approaches him and starts manipulating him against Dhruv. She warns him that although Isha is new to the corporate world, in her experience, authoritative people like Dhruv—who is also Isha’s ex—tend to be manipulative. She suggests that Dhruv may not have moved on from Isha. Already agitated, Om storms off to confront Dhruv.
Meanwhile, Gayatri calls Dhruv and pretends to be concerned. She says she’s sorry to disturb him but doesn’t want any problems between him and Isha. She lies that Om created a huge scene at home after learning what happened the night before, and that Isha was crying terribly in the morning. She warns Dhruv that Om is on his way to his office and may cause trouble. Dhruv thanks her and instructs his guards not to let Om enter under any circumstances.
Om arrives at Dhruv’s office, intending to talk things out calmly. But when the guards block his entry, he becomes enraged and turns violent. As Dhruv comes outside, Om smashes the side mirror of his car. Dhruv tells Om to stop creating a scene, but the situation escalates until Isha steps in to defuse the tension.
Later that night, Isha tells Om that although she will look for a new job and is confident she can find one in fifteen days, she wants to continue working at Dhruv’s office until then to manage loan repayments. Om agrees but firmly reminds her that she belongs only to him.
Elsewhere, Dhruv is at The Lotus Hotel for a business meeting. After the meeting, he personally thanks Gayatri for organizing everything. She responds that she’s grateful he chose their hotel and also thanks him for acknowledging her warning from the previous day. Gayatri then claims that although Om is her brother-in-law, she feels it’s her duty to speak out against what’s wrong.
She pretends to express concern, saying she regrets not being able to warn Isha. When Dhruv asks if Isha is okay, Gayatri says everything appears normal on the surface, but she sees Isha suffer daily under Om’s anger—helpless because she has no choice but to stay with him. She adds that maybe Isha’s fate brought her back into Dhruv’s life for a reason, and working at his office might improve both her financial condition and mental peace.
Dhruv takes her leave, but Gayatri smirks, satisfied—knowing she’s struck the right nerve.
