The episode begins with Mannat feeling deeply guilty for breaking Vikrant’s heart. She acknowledges how much he has supported her and wishes only for his happiness. Praying earnestly, she begs God to protect both Vikrant and Shruthi, even asking for Vikrant’s pain to be transferred to her.
Meanwhile, a confused and semi-conscious Vikrant mistakes Mallika for Mannat and pleads with her to stay with him. Seizing the opportunity, Mallika locks the door, determined to take advantage of the situation. She believes no one can separate them now and is convinced he’ll marry her the next day. However, Vikrant, mumbling Mannat’s name, eventually falls asleep, leaving Mallika disappointed. Despite her efforts to wake him, he remains unconscious.
Later, a doctor informs Mannat that Shruthi is stable. Overwhelmed with relief, Mannat thanks him. The doctor humbly says he only did his duty, and it was Mannat’s timely action in finding a matching liver that saved her mother. He adds that Shruthi is lucky to have a daughter like her. When Mannat asks about her discharge, the doctor explains she must remain under observation for a while but will be moved to a different room soon. Mannat expresses her gratitude again.
Back at home, Vikrant wakes up and is shocked by his surroundings. Memories of Mannat breaking his heart flood back. To his surprise, he finds Mallika beside him and realizes he’s half-dressed. Mallika pretends to be asleep, silently gloating that Vikrant will now feel guilty for something he didn’t even do. She plans to use this to trap him into marriage as payback for ignoring her.
Vikrant, confused and alarmed, questions her. He remembers being at the Mezbani the previous night—how did he end up here? What was Mallika doing in his room? Mallika puts on an innocent act. Vikrant apologizes, assuring her he would never take advantage of any woman, even in a drunken state. He insists he couldn’t have crossed any lines. But Mallika lies, claiming that something did happen between them. She tells him she tried to stop him but failed.
Vikrant is shaken and refuses to believe it. He reveals that he had even instructed the staff to cancel the wedding after Mannat rejected him. Mallika seizes the moment to further manipulate him. She claims that while she couldn’t stop Mannat from breaking his heart, she now sees Mannat’s true colors—accusing her of being after his money and power. She continues her lie, saying Vikrant was drunk, heartbroken, and confused, calling out Mannat’s name repeatedly while hugging and kissing her.
When Vikrant asks why she didn’t slap him, Mallika says she’s partly responsible—that she couldn’t stop him because she had already started falling for him during the wedding rituals. Pretending to be sincere, she apologizes and says she understands he doesn’t love her and isn’t obligated to marry her. She claims she won’t tell anyone about the night.
Just then, she notices her Dadi approaching. Taking her chance, she opens the door, letting Dadi see them in a compromising state.
Elsewhere, Mannat shares an emotional moment with Shruthi, embracing her and thinking of her as the mother gifted to her by God. She contrasts this with her biological mother, who she believes doesn’t deserve to be called one. The nurse then informs Mannat that Shruthi can now be discharged.
