The episode begins with Om arriving at Dhruv’s office at Isha’s request to clarify that he wasn’t the one who attacked Dhruv in the marketplace the previous day. Om is asked to wait as Dhruv is currently in a meeting. He texts Isha to inform her that he has reached and is waiting.
Once her meeting concludes, Isha urges Dhruv to meet Om and let him explain what actually happened. Reluctantly, Dhruv agrees, but says he has another meeting to attend first. While Om waits in the lobby, Isha briefly meets him. Om begins complaining that Dhruv is intentionally keeping him waiting. Isha requests him to be patient and heads back inside for urgent work.
Earlier, a girl had arrived, speaking on the phone about securing a long-awaited appointment with Dhruv. She hinted at being willing to go to any extent to get his approval for her startup—despite Dhruv’s reputation for being upright. Om overhears this and immediately judges her character.
After Isha leaves, Dhruv calls the girl into his cabin. Om, still waiting in the lobby, receives a call from his senior summoning him back to his own office. Irritated and growing impatient, Om decides to approach Dhruv directly.
Inside, Dhruv is impressed by the girl’s startup idea and tells her that his team will conduct research and get back to her. She insists she’s ready to do anything to make this work. As Dhruv gets up, she suddenly embraces him, saying she wants to hug him. Dhruv is taken aback, but before he can react, Om walks in and misinterprets the situation.
Fuming, Om accuses Dhruv of engaging in inappropriate behavior under the pretense of meetings. He storms out to the lobby in anger. Dhruv follows, trying to explain that the situation wasn’t what it looked like, but Om begins shouting and hurling verbal abuse. The commotion draws the attention of office staff, creating chaos.
Isha rushes to the scene and tries to calm Om down. Dhruv, visibly upset, asks her to handle Om and remind him that such behavior is unacceptable in a workplace. Om demands Isha leave the office with him immediately, insisting she quit her job. Dhruv firmly states that Isha has the right to make her own choices and he has no authority to dictate them.
Trying to defuse the tension, Isha manages to settle the situation. The next morning, Om fakes being sick in an attempt to delay Isha so that she misses her meeting and risks getting dismissed by Dhruv—but the plan fails.
Later that evening, Dhruv takes Isha to a café for a work discussion. Coincidentally, Om spots them together and becomes suspicious, wondering if Isha is hiding something from him.
