The episode begins with Dhruv wishing Isha the best for her upcoming event. Standing at a distance, Gayatri watches with satisfaction as the photographer captures every moment between Dhruv and Isha. Isha warmly welcomes the delegates and starts her presentation. Dhruv enjoys the presentation thoroughly, and once it concludes, he credits Isha for the success of the event and places a garland around her neck as a token of appreciation. The photographer documents every detail of their interaction and later shows the pictures to Gayatri. Impressed with his work, Gayatri gives him Om’s contact number, suggesting he might be interested in hiring a photographer for future government events.
Later that night, when Isha returns home, she finds her room decorated with flowers and candles, with Om waiting for her. Surprised, she asks if there’s a special occasion. Om explains that he achieved one of the goals from his vision board, and he wanted to celebrate. He then pulls out a small box from his pocket and presents her with a pair of golden earrings. Isha, touched, comments on how expensive they must be, but Om assures her it was bought with his hard-earned money. Isha praises him for it.
The next morning, the photographer arrives at Ram Bhavan and introduces himself. He speaks to Om, offers his services as a photographer, hands over an envelope containing some pictures, along with his business card, and then leaves. When Om opens the envelope, he’s shocked to find photographs of Isha and Dhruv from the previous night. He asks Isha if there’s anything she forgot to mention. When she says no, Om lays the photos on the bed and shows them to her.
He then asks Isha how she would have felt if she had found similar pictures of him. He tells her that if their marriage is to survive, she needs to make a decision now. Isha agrees, acknowledging that it’s time for her to make a choice. Later, accompanied by Om, she visits Dhruv’s office and tells him, in front of Om, that she wants to resign. She says she can’t let her job impact her marriage any longer.
That night, Om tells Isha that he has already spoken to one of his contacts and arranged an interview for her the next morning. Isha smiles and asks why he didn’t inform her earlier, saying she would have prepared. Om reassures her that everything is taken care of and there’s no need to worry. He thanks her for her decision to quit her job with Dhruv. Isha replies that there’s no need for thanks, as it’s her responsibility to take action when problems arise. She adds that if he were in her position, she’s confident he would have done the same.
The next morning at the breakfast table, Isha serves breakfast to Om. When someone asks her to bring her own plate since she has an interview, Gayatri steps in with a snide remark, saying that since Isha is used to quitting jobs frequently, she’ll probably do it again. Om quickly retorts that this dream of hers will never come true. Gayatri taunts him further, saying her dream of them contributing to the household expenses hasn’t come true either. Om responds confidently, saying he will make sure to fulfill that dream by the end of the month.
