The episode begins with Dhruv wishing Isha all the best for the big event. From a distance, Gayatri watches, smiling, as the photographer captures every moment shared between Dhruv and Isha.
Isha warmly welcomes the delegates and confidently begins her presentation. Dhruv is visibly impressed and enjoys every bit of it. At the end of the event, he credits Isha for its success and honors her by placing a garland around her neck. The photographer continues to take detailed shots of their interactions and later presents them to Gayatri. Pleased with his work, she praises him and hands him Om’s contact, mentioning that Om is a government officer who might need his services for official events.
Later that evening, when Isha returns home, she finds her room beautifully decorated with flowers and candles—Om is waiting for her. Surprised, she asks if there’s any special occasion. Om shares that he has accomplished one of the goals from his vision board, and this setup is to celebrate the moment. He then presents her with a small box containing a pair of gold earrings he bought with his hard-earned money. Isha, touched by the gesture, appreciates his effort and praises him.
The next morning, the photographer arrives at Ram Bhavan and introduces himself. He meets Om, offers his services, and hands over an envelope containing photos, along with his visiting card. Om looks through the photos and questions Isha if there’s something she forgot to tell him about the previous evening. When she says no, Om spreads the photos on the bed and shows them to her.
He asks her how she would have felt if she had seen similar photos of him with someone else. He then says that if she truly wants to save their marriage, she needs to make a decision. Isha agrees, saying he’s right and that it’s time she takes a stand.
Later, Isha goes to Dhruv’s office with Om and, in front of him, announces her decision to quit her job. She explains that continuing to work there is affecting her marriage, and she cannot let that happen.
That night, Om informs Isha that he has already spoken to a contact about a new job opportunity for her and that she has an interview the next morning. Isha is pleasantly surprised and asks why he didn’t inform her earlier, as she needs time to prepare. Om reassures her that everything is arranged and there’s no need to worry. He then thanks her for choosing to leave Dhruv’s job. Isha replies that there’s no need for thanks—it’s her responsibility to protect their relationship. She adds that if he were in her place, she knows he would’ve done the same.
The next morning, at the breakfast table, Isha serves Om his meal. When asked to bring her own as well, since she has an interview, Gayatri steps in with a sarcastic remark, saying that since Isha has a habit of quitting jobs frequently, she can easily leave this one too. Om shuts down the taunt, saying Gayatri’s wish of seeing them jobless will never come true.
Gayatri then mocks him further, saying her dream of seeing them contribute to the household expenses also remains unfulfilled. Calmly, Om responds that he will fulfill that dream—within this month.
