The episode begins with Ganesh telling Padma that they should start preparing for the wedding. Padma agrees and suggests they inform the Rajput family about Aarti’s upcoming marriage. Ganesh agrees with her.
Ganesh calls Raghav to share the news about Aarti’s wedding, but Raghav cuts him off. He tells Ganesh that he isn’t interested in anyone’s wedding and asks him not to call again. Mehek, noticing Raghav’s reaction, asks who had called. Raghav replies that it was Ganesh, who mentioned a wedding, but he didn’t listen properly. He then walks away. Mehek recalls Ganesh and Padma mentioning earlier that they were shopping for a girl, and begins to wonder whose wedding Ganesh had called Raghav about.
Meanwhile, Aarti hands Laal a wedding card and announces that she is getting married soon. Laal asks about the girl she rescued, and Aarti introduces him to Kali. Upon seeing Kali, Laal imagines the TRP ratings of his channel soaring. Aarti asks Laal to air the story quickly, mentioning that after her marriage she’ll be leaving for her husband’s home, and makes a light-hearted comment about it.
Ved calls Aarti and asks if she prefers diamond or gold. Aarti replies that she will like whatever he chooses. Ved then asks where she would like to go for their honeymoon. Aarti says she can’t go on a honeymoon because her mother is bedridden, and she remarks on the situation. Ved says he is coming to Delhi to meet her and plans to gift her a diamond necklace along with a confession of love. Aarti is surprised. After he ends the call, Aarti tells Laal that this is the first time someone has said “I love you” to her. Laal jokes that Ved hasn’t seen her in person yet—once he does, he’ll probably say “I’m sorry.” Aarti laughs at his remark.
Elsewhere, Uday calls Laal and asks for the name of the reporter who came to his godown and took a girl from there. Laal questions why he wants to know. Uday angrily says he will kill both the reporter and the girl if the police get involved. Laal demands to know who told him they had the girl. Uday replies that it was Chandraman Thakur and adds a threatening comment.
Sonal tells Uday that Ved is about to get married and questions whether all this is necessary right now. Uday harshly tells her to stay quiet. He then informs Ved that he will be accompanying him to Delhi, determined to find the reporter who took the girl and kill her. Uday storms out.
Later, Sonal shows a photo to Ved. After looking at it, Ved notices a resemblance between Aarti and his mother, and says he likes her. When Sonal tells him that Aarti will be sent away after the wedding, Ved firmly says she’s not going anywhere—he likes her.
