The episode begins with Mallika requesting Vikrant to have a bite of the dish she prepared for her first rasoi ritual. She says she’s nervous about facing everyone and pleads with him not to refuse. Vikrant coldly asks what she’s trying to prove, reminding her that he doesn’t care for such traditions and never valued them. He accuses her of pretending to be an ideal daughter-in-law. Aishwarya tries to persuade him to eat, but Vikrant firmly states he hates pretense and walks away.
Frustrated, Mallika tells Aishwarya that Vikrant is still in love with Mannat and wonders when he’ll start loving her instead. Aishwarya snaps back, telling her to stop sounding like a loser and learn to be smart like Mannat. She reminds Mallika that while Aishwarya fought for her place and married Vikrant through her own efforts, Mallika had everything handed to her and therefore doesn’t value it. Mallika admits she can’t be like Aishwarya and feels defeated by Mannat. Aishwarya insists that she’s still fighting to reclaim her Mezbani from Mannat and that she’s not like Mallika.
Meanwhile, Mannat is in the kitchen preparing halwa. Vikrant searches for her to inform her about an upcoming press conference. Mistaking him for Harneet, Mannat feeds him a spoonful of the dessert. Harneet walks in, amused. Mannat realizes her mistake, apologizes, and wipes Vikrant’s lips. Vikrant tells her to attend the press event, but Mannat declines, saying she longs for a simple life. He accuses her of betrayal, calling her deceitful, while she calls him dramatic. They argue and he leaves. Harneet teases Mannat, saying her first rasoi was unknowingly completed with Vikrant, not Mallika. Mannat insists she respects the bond because Mallika is her sister. Vikrant, meanwhile, admits to himself that Mannat’s halwa is unmatched and asks Deepak to bring him more.
Shruthi and Harneet help Mannat choose a dress for her welcome party. Vikrant suggests a blue outfit to match the theme. Shruthi and Harneet reassure Mannat that Vikrant could never truly forget her or fall for Mallika overnight.
Meanwhile, Mallika learns from Deepak about what happened between Mannat and Vikrant. Furious, she begins plotting against Mannat. The press conference begins. Neetu confronts Mallika, asking if she plans to just stand around or do something. Mallika flashes back to sabotaging Mannat’s dress to humiliate her. Her goal is to tarnish Mannat’s image publicly.
Harneet arrives and mocks Mallika, cleverly diverting attention to help Mannat. Mallika is determined that Mannat won’t get any support today. Mannat makes her entrance, and the media captures photos of her with Vikrant. Mallika secretly removes the chef and adds drugs to the sweets. Neetu tries to speak with Vikrant, but he ignores her. Upset, she complains to Roni, who warns her not to create any more drama at the event. Mannat overhears this conversation.
Mannat tries to speak with Mallika to clear the air, but Mallika lashes out at her. Aishwarya arrives and questions Mallika about whether she’s planning something against Mannat. Mallika proudly reveals she has already ruined Mannat’s dress and that her second plan is in motion. She explains that after consuming the drugged sweets, Mannat will lose control and act out. Mallika orders her mother to bring in the reporters so Mannat’s behavior makes headlines. She vows that Mannat can never become a rich woman and boasts that she is far superior.
During the media interaction, Mallika offers sweets to Vikrant and Mannat, forcing them to eat. As the drugs take effect, Mannat begins dancing uncontrollably. She starts mocking and criticizing everyone around her, much to Mallika’s delight. Ironically, her antics unintentionally patch things up between Vikrant and Neetu. But as the situation spirals, Mannat’s blouse begins to tear. Mallika smirks, thinking her plan has finally succeeded and that Mannat won’t be able to escape the humiliation she has planned.
