The episode begins with Vikrant apologizing to Neetu for being late and asking how she got an electric shock. Neetu admits it was her own carelessness. She then asks Vikrant to attend the Teej ceremony for Mallika without giving any reason, warning him that she won’t forgive him if he doesn’t show up. Mannat reminds him of a pending task, but Vikrant blames her for failing to protect his mother. Hurt, Mannat leaves.
Outside, Mannat reflects on how she tried everything to keep Vikrant by her side, even planning his return home. She confronts Mallika, asking if she intentionally hurt Neetu. Mallika admits it and declares she’s willing to go to any lengths for Vikrant. She challenges Mannat that Vikrant will break her fast the next day and receive the elders’ blessings with her.
Mannat retorts that blessings can’t create a happy marriage without love. While Vikrant may be married to Mallika, his heart still belongs to her—his love beats for Mannat, and she vows to win him back. Mallika asks if she has no shame talking like that about someone else’s husband. Mannat fires back that Mallika has no shame either—she married Vikrant through betrayal, knowing he loved Mannat. She reminds Mallika of how she manipulated her into sacrificing her love. Mallika insists she just chose a path to gain her love. Mannat calls her a fool and accuses her of betraying both Vikrant and her. She dares Mallika to confess to Vikrant about hurting Neetu—but knows she won’t, fearing he’ll end their relationship. Mannat firmly declares that Vikrant will be the one to break her fast tomorrow.
Meanwhile, Shalini shows Mannat a video of Aishwarya looking startled. Mannat finds her reaction suspicious. Shalini believes Aishwarya is up to something. Later, Mallika tells Vikrant she’ll wear a yellow saree for Teej, but he tells her to stop the drama. He reminds her that their marriage wasn’t by choice, and there’s no real relationship between them. He says she should stop trying to control him and that if the incident that night hadn’t happened, he would never have married her. He feels ashamed of what happened and wishes it never occurred. Mallika argues that Mannat is ruining everything, and if Roni hadn’t forced him, he wouldn’t have married her.
Mannat comments that as husband and wife, Vikrant and Mallika should accept each other. Vikrant walks away in silence, leaving Mallika frustrated. Shalini warns Mannat that Aishwarya is planning something to regain her power. Mannat agrees and recalls seeing Aishwarya sneak into a room, believing she’s planning something for Teej. They agree to keep a close eye on her. Shalini says she is fasting for Vikrant and prays for peace. Later, Mannat refers to Aishwarya as “mom,” prompting a sharp reaction. Mannat says she dislikes the term too and only came to check on her out of basic humanity, knowing she had surgery and needed rest. When asked how she knew, Mannat gives a reasonable explanation.
Mallika sees Aishwarya and Mannat together and becomes suspicious, thinking they’re hiding something.
Roni tells Vikrant they’ll have breakfast alone since all the women are fasting. He wonders how they manage. Puneet confronts Vikrant for attending a meeting without him or finalizing the menu. Roni says Mannat handled it, so Vikrant isn’t to blame. Vikrant clarifies that he canceled the meeting last minute, and it’s not Mannat’s fault. Puneet accuses Mannat of sidelining him. Mannat defends herself, saying she called him multiple times but he didn’t answer. She tells him to check his phone before making accusations. With investors on the way and Vikrant cancelling without warning, she had to step in. Gagan supports Mannat, saying her efforts are bringing in profits.
Mannat tries talking to Vikrant, but he ignores her. She insists on a minute of his time and shows him CCTV footage proving she didn’t hide his phone. Vikrant apologizes, admitting he can’t trust her without proof. Mannat says she expected that, which is why she brought evidence. She wants to say more but walks away. Vikrant starts suspecting she’s hiding something.
Later, Aishwarya tells Kiran to keep Mannat away from the Teej puja, and she agrees. Neetu also warns Shruthi and Mannat not to participate, but Shruthi gives her a strong response. Mannat remains determined to attend. Aishwarya sees Mallika eating a burger and warns her to stick to her fast or risk losing Neetu’s support.
