The episode begins with Dil expressing her happiness upon seeing Mau Billi. She says she missed her dearly and adds that today, with Raghav Ji’s help, they might finally find her parents.
Meanwhile, Shanaya receives a gift from Raghav but dislikes it and deliberately breaks it. Raghav catches her in the act and angrily scolds her, revealing that the gift was something Nandini had given him. Shanaya tries to cover up her actions with a lie. Just then, Natasha arrives and questions why he’s scolding their daughter over what she calls a “silly instrument.” She reminds Raghav that he had already ruined her exhibition, and now this is his punishment. She demands to know what makes the instrument so special. Raghav responds that the thread on it connects him to music—and declares that, from now on, no music will be allowed in the house.
Suddenly, the lights go out. Billi walks toward the balcony, and Dil follows her. In his room, Raghav, overcome with rage, starts destroying things. Dil witnesses his outburst, becomes frightened, and bursts into tears.
Nandini appears and notices the broken Ragini instrument—the same one she had once gifted Raghav. Seeing him sit sorrowfully, she gently reminds him not to grieve over the instrument, saying their love will never fade. She reassures him that one day, their daughter will repair it. With those words, she disappears.
Later, Shanaya approaches Raghav, who calls her closer. She admits she felt scared watching him argue with Natasha. Raghav apologizes and explains how much the instrument meant to him. Shanaya promises to practice music and asks him to make a promise in return. He agrees.
Meanwhile, Mannu warns Dil that Padmini might catch them and insists they must leave. Dil agrees and tells Billi that Raghav will never help them.
Later on, Shanaya ties Raghav and Natasha’s hands together and announces that she’s giving up music to fulfill their dreams. She urges them to become best friends again for her sake. Chandan’s wife also encourages them to do it for Shanaya. Raghav and Natasha finally agree to co-parent peacefully. Shanaya makes them promise to stop fighting, share weekly family dinners and movie nights, attend her school meetings together, and live in the same room like other parents. Although hesitant, they agree not to break their promise.
Dil tells Billi to wait outside and assures her she’ll return shortly. Manu quickly hides Dil from Raghav’s mother. Feeling hungry, Dil sneaks into the dining area and eats a banana. Manu finds her just in time, covers her with a white blanket, and urges her to leave before anyone sees her. She then hurries away as Raghav’s mother calls for her.
On her way out, Dil bumps into Sili, who mistakes her for a ghost and screams in terror. Dil quickly hides under the stairs. When Sili and Raghav’s mother come to investigate, Dil throws the white blanket over them and escapes upstairs. There, she notices Padmini struggling to reach her injection. Recalling Manu’s warning, Dil freezes in fear and hesitates to step forward.
