The episode begins with Katha pleading with UV not to punish his family for her mistakes. UV, still fuming, tells Katha to leave and coldly reminds her that she doesn’t understand his relationship with his family. He angrily orders another drink, but Katha stops him. She again pleads with him to return home, assuring him he can have whatever he wants—just not here. UV snaps, asking sarcastically if she thinks she’s his wife, and then declares his hatred for her. Tammy watches gleefully, hoping Katha will leave.
Katha, holding back her pain, apologizes for the things she said about UV’s mother. She questions whether his mother would approve of his current actions if she were still with them. She urges him not to ruin his reputation, but UV cuts her off, yelling at her to stop advising him. Tammy joins in, mocking Katha for lacking self-respect. But Katha firmly replies that it’s not about her—it’s about Eshwar’s dignity. She begs UV again to come home, but he refuses.
Tammy tries to offer UV another drink, but Katha blocks her and pours it out, leaving Tammy shocked. Katha then orders lime juice for UV. UV accuses Katha of following Tammy to track him down and says this is exactly why he didn’t want her involved.
As UV tries to leave, Katha stops him again and pleads with him to drink the lime juice to sober up. UV refuses. Katha reminds him of her promise to Eshwar—that if she failed to bring UV back home, she wouldn’t be able to face him. Enraged, UV tells her not to show her face to Eshwar—or to him ever again. Katha is devastated but forces the lime juice into his hand, insisting that one day he’ll thank her. UV walks away. Tammy follows him, while Katha breaks down, heartbroken over her failure to convince him.
Later, UV drops Tammy at her place, saying he wants to be alone. Tammy smirks as she exits. Left alone, UV is haunted by Katha’s words about his mother’s expectations. He recalls a moment from childhood—after a fight with another boy, his mother advised him to never harm others and to always uphold the family’s honor. The memory overwhelms him.
Meanwhile, Katha stands outside the Jindal house in tears, feeling she’s failed the promise she made to Eshwar. Shlok and Pratty find her and learn what happened. Shlok comforts her and gently encourages her to come inside with them.
Inside, Eshwar and Harshvardhan are welcoming guests while anxiously awaiting Katha’s return with UV. Harshvardhan doubts Katha’s ability and questions Eshwar’s trust in her. But Eshwar defends her, recalling all the times she made the impossible possible. Just then, Shlok and Pratty walk in with Katha.
Katha tells Eshwar and Harshvardhan that she was unable to bring UV home. Harshvardhan scolds her harshly, telling Eshwar that putting faith in Katha was a mistake. As Eshwar criticizes UV, Katha steps in to take the blame. She admits it was her mistake and breaks down before Eshwar, devastated by her broken promise. Eshwar, deeply moved, looks to God in search of answers.
