The episode opens with Pratap mocking Kali, telling her that if she believes she has become the Rajyavanshi family’s daughter-in-law just because Aarti performed her wedding with Ved, she is gravely mistaken. He questions Ved’s silence and reminds him that he doesn’t love Kali, so he shouldn’t care what happens to her. Pratap then orders his men to take Kali away. Despite her protests, the goons forcibly drag her out. Sonal begs Pratap and Uday to stop them, but both remain indifferent.
At that moment, Aarti steps in and commands the goons to release Kali. When they ask who she is, Aarti firmly replies that she’s the one who performed Kali’s kanyadaan. A confrontation breaks out between Aarti and the goons.
Ved sees one of the goons trying to attack Aarti from behind. Furious, he intervenes, beats up the goon, and warns everyone not to lay a hand on Aarti, declaring that she is the one he truly loves. Aarti, taken aback, asks if he really means it. She then gently places Kali’s hand in Ved’s and reminds him that from now on, it’s his responsibility to protect her. She makes him swear on her name. Ved agrees to protect Kali, but clarifies that he will never accept her as his wife—because only Aarti holds that place in his heart.
Aarti then leads Kali to the entrance of the Rajyavanshi mansion, performs her gruhpravesh, and quietly walks away.
Later, Ved stands before Aarti’s portrait and asks Sonal to bring the sindoor. Sonal complies. Ved applies sindoor to Aarti’s portrait, then turns to Kali and tells her that although she may live in the house, she will never be his wife. Aarti will always remain the only partner in his life.
Meanwhile, Aarti sees Chandraman arriving at the Rajyavanshi mansion. Chandraman questions Uday about the runaway girl and the reporter who assisted her. Uday explains that the girl is Kali, and that Ved married her with the reporter’s help.
Just then, Chandraman receives a call from Yuvraj, who informs him that Aarti is the daughter of Anjali and was about to get married that day. Shocked, Chandraman recalls that Aarti—Anjali’s daughter—was believed to have died at birth. When Uday confirms that Ved was indeed set to marry Aarti, Chandraman realizes the shocking truth: Aarti is still alive.
