Hasmuk pleads with Anupama to return home, but she firmly says she doesn’t want to come back. He asks her why she feels that way. Paritosh also requests her to return. Anupama, conflicted, wonders why fate has led her back to the Shah family. As she slowly steps forward, her inner voice reminds her that she has returned to where she started.
Hasmuk, Ansh, Prarthana, Kinjal, and Paritosh warmly welcome her. Ansh decides to celebrate her return with a dance performance. Later, Ansh and Preet introduce themselves to each other. Grateful for Preet’s support, Ansh thanks her. Preet warns him not to hurt Anupama again, stating that they chose to stay back only because they couldn’t leave Anupama alone—even her own family fails to respect her.
Rita suggests staying at a hotel, but Sarita says they can manage for a few days. Deepa questions whether Anupama will truly stay with her family, but Bharti asserts that they are her family and will win her back. Sarita adds that nothing is stronger than blood ties.
Meanwhile, the Kothari family finds out Anupama is staying with the Shahs. Pari explains that Hasmuk pleaded with her to return. Khyati accuses Anupama of using it as an excuse to come back intentionally. Vasundhara remains firmly against Anupama. Mahi claims Anupama is back for revenge, but Prem supports her. Vasundhara suspects that Anupama might now try to arrange a marriage between Ansh and Prarthana. Prem says he would welcome that decision.
Rahi fears that Anupama has returned to take everything from her once again. She worries that Prem will go to see Anupama, and if she tries to stop him, it will create conflict. Parag advises the Kotharis not to stress over Anupama’s presence. He insists she should stay away from their house and promises to take action. Prem is left stunned.
Hasmuk, Ansh, and Paritosh insist that Anupama lead the puja. She agrees and performs the rituals, but becomes overwhelmed with emotion and breaks down. Paritosh compliments her, while Leela unexpectedly blesses her, leaving Anupama in shock.
At the same time, Rahi is gripped by panic, fearing Anupama will take everything from her. Prem believes the Kotharis have emotionally cornered Rahi to the point where she is suffering from anxiety. He worries that Anupama’s return is pushing Rahi further away. He tries to comfort her.
Despite being back, Anupama feels like a stranger in her own home. Ansh reconnects with her, and she asks Prarthana how she feels about staying with the Shah family. Meanwhile, Sarita, Deepa, Preet, Bharti, and Rita tell Hasmuk that they’ve decided to stay with Anupama. Hasmuk agrees and says he will call Manohar too.
Prem urges Rahi to ignore Anupama, but Rahi fears the Kotharis will hold Anupama responsible for Ansh and Prarthana’s possible marriage. Prem asks if she’s truly happy for the couple. Rahi says she is, but worries about Anupama being blamed. Prem assures her that both Ansh and Prarthana are adults and no one can stop them if they wish to marry.
Anupama, sensing something is being left unsaid, asks Ansh and Prem if there’s more she needs to know.
