The episode begins with Damayanti Devi taking full responsibility for the charges, thereby clearing Akshay of all involvement. She assures the authorities that Akshay had no part in the conspiracy. She even presents a video to the police officer as proof of his innocence. With solid evidence against her, Damayanti Devi is arrested. Before leaving with the police, Akshay promises her that he will do everything possible to get her released. She remains silent and goes with the officer.
Meanwhile, Rishank realizes that Bhavya has always spoken the truth, even when it wasn’t easy to accept. He apologizes to Samay for the hardships he endured and assures him that he will now share the family property. However, Samay is not convinced. He doesn’t trust either Rishank or Bhavya, believing they are manipulating him to test his intentions.
Bhavya is disheartened by Samay’s lack of trust. She insists that Rishank would never harm him, as he genuinely cares for everyone. She urges Samay not to throw away the opportunity to live with his family, warning that rejecting their trust would be a regrettable decision. Eventually, Samay embraces Rishank, accepting him as his brother, and Bhavya is moved to see them finally united.
Later, Akshay pleads with a lawyer to secure bail for Damayanti Devi as soon as possible. However, the lawyer sees little hope of winning the case and even agrees to return the advance payment, considering how weak the case looks.
In jail, Damayanti Devi appears disheveled and distressed. Akshay repeatedly reassures her that she will be released soon.
