The episode begins with Aishwarya accusing Mannat of mixing something in Mallika’s food. Vikrant intervenes, asking Aishwarya to stop framing Mannat and instead call a doctor to check on Mallika’s condition. To everyone’s surprise, Mannat admits that Aishwarya is right—she did add something to Mallika’s food. Vikrant, assuming she’s joking, insists that Mannat would never do such a thing.
Aishwarya demands to know what exactly Mannat put in the food. Mannat tells Mallika to confess, or she will do it for her. Feigning concern, Mannat reveals that Mallika felt guilty and had attempted suicide after being rejected by Vikrant. She took pills intending to end her life but survived. Mannat claims that as her friend, she simply fulfilled Mallika’s own wish by giving her the pills again—this time ensuring they’d work. She explains that such a high dose of tablets usually lands someone in the hospital or worse.
Roni questions whether Mannat is accusing Mallika of faking her suicide attempt. Aishwarya scolds him for even considering it and blames Mannat for adding something to her daughter’s food.
Vikrant defends Mannat, saying she would never do such a thing, and asks her what’s really going on. Mannat then reveals that Mallika not only attempted suicide but also tried to harm the children. She claims she only added Dadaji’s sleeping pills to Mallika’s food, showing them the tablets as proof. Mannat suggests that Mallika may have initially tried to take the pills herself, but they accidentally fell into the washbasin, and she retrieved them from the drainpipe.
Aishwarya accuses Mannat of defaming Mallika, but Mannat says she knew no one would believe her without proof—and then shows them a video.
In the video, Mannat tells Mallika that Vikrant doesn’t care about her, not even if she dies. She pretends to support Mallika’s “last wish” and adds the pills to her food. Suddenly, Mallika panics and begs Vikrant to call a doctor, revealing she didn’t take the sleeping pills but instead replaced them with vitamin tablets.
Mannat then injects Mallika with an allergen and reveals that she never used sleeping pills—just something she knew Mallika was allergic to. She wanted Mallika to experience a fraction of the pain the children had suffered.
Aishwarya again blames Mannat, while Mallika tries to defend herself. Gagan, furious, slaps Mallika and accuses her of cruelty despite all the love he showed her. He blames Aishwarya for raising her like this, saying she gave birth to a heartless person.
Vikrant says it’s over. He publicly shames Mallika and declares that she betrayed him under the guise of friendship. He accuses her of using their bond for her selfish needs and of attempting to harm innocent lives because of her insecurities. He announces he wants a divorce.
Mallika claims Vikrant had always been waiting for a reason to divorce her and never treated her like a wife. She accuses him of being emotionally attached to Mannat all along. Kiran, Neetu, and Aishwarya oppose the idea of divorce, but Vikrant shuts them down, saying the marriage was never real—he never loved Mallika, and it was forced upon him. He says Roni gave him an ultimatum, knowing he would choose his parents over his own happiness—and this is the result.
Mallika insists she did everything for Vikrant. He replies that while she may see herself as justified, her actions speak otherwise—while Mannat married him with the elders’ blessings and still remains unhappy, Mallika tried to harm others out of insecurity.
When Mannat tries to intervene, Mallika pushes her. Vikrant catches Mannat and warns everyone not to speak. He reminds them that Mannat even went to jail to protect Mallika and never sent her there even after everything. He admires Mannat’s selflessness and says he would’ve sent Mallika to jail had it been up to him—where she might have actually committed suicide.
Vikrant then warns everyone that if anyone dares blame or question Mannat again, he won’t spare them.
Later, Shruthi expresses her happiness to Mannat. Mannat reminds her that Vikrant is still married. Meanwhile, Vikrant discusses his divorce plans with his lawyer and plans to inform Mannat, feeling grateful to her for exposing the truth.
Shruthi asks Mannat when she will reveal the truth about Mallika’s fake marriage. Mannat hesitates, saying Vikrant has already been betrayed too many times—she’s unsure how much more he can handle.
Meanwhile, Aishwarya lashes out, blaming Mannat for ruining her daughter’s life. She vows to take revenge for Mannat “snatching” Mallika’s husband. Shruthi points out that the wedding was fake. Aishwarya, fueled by hatred, says that’s why she once left Mannat to die—but she won’t make that mistake again. This time, she’ll kill her.
