The episode begins with Tulsi giving Gayatri a stern warning, telling her never to mention Mandira’s name again or face the consequences. Gayatri retorts that once a man betrays his wife, he will always be known as a cheater. Daksha steps in, asking Gayatri to leave and reassuring Tulsi that no one will speak of Mandira again.
Meanwhile, Mihir drops Noina at her house, but she insists he come inside. Back at Shantiniketan, Tulsi anxiously waits for Mihir as the clock strikes midnight. Noina tells Mihir that Tulsi might be upset if she doesn’t invite him in. She offers him coffee and asks him to wait until the rain stops. Tulsi tries calling Mihir but finds his phone unreachable.
When Noina returns with coffee, she finds Mihir has dozed off. She struggles to control her emotions as she watches him, but just then, Tulsi calls. Noina wakes Mihir and tells him Tulsi is on the line. Mihir answers and explains he dropped Noina at her home and is on his way back. After Noina remarks that he is lucky to have someone waiting for him, Mihir decides to leave immediately. On the way, his car breaks down, and Noina offers hers. She insists on dropping him off at Shantiniketan.
Elsewhere, Vrinda and Angad check into a hotel, only to learn that due to a landslide, only one room is available. The receptionist explains the room was given to a family in need and suggests they share one. Both refuse, and Angad even decides to leave. But when he suddenly injures his leg, Vrinda reluctantly tends to him and eventually takes him to the room. Despite his pain, Angad resists her help at first, but Vrinda continues caring for him—applying ice, offering water, and sitting by his side until he falls asleep. She eventually rests at his feet.
On the way to Shantiniketan, Mihir and Noina share a tense car ride. When the car jolts over a bump, Mihir’s phone falls, and Noina accidentally brushes against him. Flustered, she apologizes. Mihir then plays a song, losing himself in the music, while Noina silently admires him. Soon they reach Shantiniketan. Mihir invites her inside, but Noina declines, saying Tulsi might be upset as it’s already late.
Back home, Tulsi urges Mihir to change, but he complains of exhaustion and sneezes. Concerned, Tulsi brings him herbal tea, only to find him asleep. As she tends to him, she discovers an earring in his coat pocket.
The next morning, Angad and Vrinda continue their journey by bus. Angad feels uncomfortable, unused to traveling this way, but Vrinda reminds him it’s the only option to reach Mumbai in time for Ganesh Chaturthi.
Later, Tulsi confronts Mihir about the earring. Mihir insists he doesn’t know how it got there. Tulsi accuses him of being with Noina and playfully stages a mock drama, pretending to catch him cheating. She teases him about his “acting skills” and then lovingly suggests he sit properly in the car. Mihir, frightened at first, eventually confesses his love for her.
Just then, Noina calls. Tulsi thanks her for dropping Mihir home, but Noina reminds Tulsi there’s no need for thanks as she is also family. Tulsi casually mentions she has Noina’s earring, leaving Noina tense. However, when Tulsi invites her to the Ganesh puja, Noina realizes Tulsi is taking things lightly. Still, she feels as though she is forcefully inserting herself into Mihir’s life.
