In today’s episode, Arman grows increasingly restless, wondering why the doctor is taking so long to diagnose Abhira. Kaveri urges him to remain patient. Soon, the doctor informs the Poddars that Abhira is still traumatized and mentally believes she is still in jail. Arman anxiously asks what they can do for her. The doctor explains that Abhira needs love, care, and patience from everyone. Vidya decides she will cook for Abhira, while Arman promises to support Myra.
Myra, missing Abhira deeply, asks Arman if the doctor prescribed any medicine for her. Arman gently explains that Abhira needs time to heal and requests Myra to be understanding. Meanwhile, Vidya asks Manisha to assist her in preparing food for Abhira. Tanya, however, angrily blames the Poddars for forgetting that, in her eyes, Abhira caused Anshuman’s death. Manisha confronts Tanya, asking if she still refuses to believe that Abhira was not responsible.
Tanya insists that Abhira broke Anshuman’s heart, which led him to the café where he died. Kaveri defends Abhira, but Tanya argues that Abhira has no real connection to the Poddars yet continues to live with them. Arman asks Tanya to stop speaking against Abhira, but Tanya provocatively tells him to focus on Geetanjali instead. Frustrated, Arman instructs Krish to take Tanya out of the city before he loses his temper.
Later, Arman tries to feed Abhira, but she refuses, telling him to leave before the jailer arrives. Arman insists the jailer himself told him she hasn’t eaten, but at the mention of the jailer, Abhira becomes restless and rejects the food.
Geetanjali then urges Arman to eat, and when he refuses, she forces him to have some food. Inspired, Arman comes up with a plan to feed Abhira. When Vidya and Manisha question why he is altering the food, Arman explains that since Abhira still believes she is in jail, he is recreating jail-like food to make her eat.
Arman and Myra then try to feed Abhira together. Myra speaks to her softly, and Abhira finally agrees to eat. Myra then insists Arman eat as well. Seeing Arman, Abhira, and Myra together makes Geetanjali uneasy. Meanwhile, the Poddars remain worried about Abhira’s condition. Sanjay suggests Kaveri should talk to her, but Kaveri refuses. Geetanjali informs the family that Arman and Abhira have eaten.
Kiara then asks everyone else to eat too. Manisha snaps at Kiara, accusing her of pretending to care while secretly taking drugs. She declares she will send Kiara away from the Poddar house, leaving Kiara stunned.
Meanwhile, Abhira experiences jail flashbacks once again and, distressed, falls asleep on the floor.
