The episode opens with Anjana urging Aditi to have some juice. Bablu insists that he will feed Aditi himself. When Choton calls, Bablu learns that he is on his way to meet Aditi. He happily informs Aditi that Choton is bringing her favorite sweets.
A while later, Choton arrives and gently convinces Aditi to eat, saying she can’t stay hungry. Aniruddh and Arshi watch them quietly. Choton smiles and says Aditi never refuses him because she loves him the most. Seeing this, Aniruddh thanks Anjana. Arshi questions why he’s thanking her since Anjana was the one who first told Aditi the truth. Aniruddh replies that Anjana did the right thing by revealing the truth herself and that he’s relieved Aditi heard it from a family member. Watching Choton feed Aditi fills Aniruddh with happiness.
Meanwhile, Surjeet is seen speaking secretly on the phone about meeting someone. Payal overhears the conversation and questions him. Surjeet quickly lies, saying it was a call from the hospital. When she asks to see his phone, he reminds her that he never checks hers. Payal asserts that as his wife, she has every right to do so and adds that she can show her phone anytime. She demands to know who he plans to meet after his surgery. Surjeet calmly repeats that the call was only about hospital matters.
Payal refuses to believe him, saying she can tell when he lies. Surjeet promises to show his phone after returning from the hospital, claiming he’s getting late. Payal accuses him of hiding something, reminding him that he had broken her trust before. Surjeet defends himself, saying nothing was ever proven. She points out that he never lets her check his phone, while he says he doesn’t check hers because he trusts her. Payal believes he’s been influenced by Rishi and mentions that Aditi still loves Rishi despite him marrying Jhanak in the village.
Surjeet denies any wrongdoing. Payal challenges him to swear on their children, but he refuses. Just then, he receives a call. Payal snatches the phone, answers it, and puts it on speaker. A woman’s voice asks why Surjeet hasn’t called since leaving home. Embarrassed, Surjeet disconnects the call, claiming Dr. Ashima is just a colleague. He leaves hurriedly, while Payal stands convinced that Surjeet is hiding the truth.
At another place, Rishi tells Mishti that the upcoming exam is crucial. Mishti confidently says she’ll perform well. Abhimanyu assures her there’s no pressure, and Tanushri reminds Rishi to drop Mishti on time. Rishi agrees and asks Jhanak if she’s ready too. Tanushri immediately questions if he plans to drop Jhanak as well. Dadabhai offers to drop Jhanak himself.
Rishi insists he’ll take both since their centers are on the same route. Indumati disagrees and says he should drop Mishti only. Tanushri then asks Abhimanyu to handle it instead. Rishi argues there’s no need for such discussion—he’s just trying to help. Neelu offers to drop Mishti, and Rishi agrees to take Jhanak. Surjeet supports Rishi’s plan, saying they’re wasting time.
Tanushri objects again, saying Jhanak can go alone and questions why she’s silent. Jhanak explains she never asked Rishi for help. Rishi defends himself, saying he’s simply being kind. Neelu asks if Aditi knows about this. Rishi says Aditi isn’t home and questions if he really needs her permission for something so minor. Tanushri insists Jhanak should have asked him first, but Jhanak repeats she didn’t.
Mishti finally interrupts and asks everyone to stop fighting, telling Rishi to leave with her. Putul warns that if Aditi learns about this, it could cause another issue, so she offers to drop Jhanak instead. Rishi grows frustrated, saying he’s only helping Jhanak, yet everyone is treating him unfairly. Tanushri replies that their reactions are because the truth has come out, and Jhanak lied to them.
Rishi defends Jhanak, asking them to stop humiliating her. Jhanak bends down to seek blessings from the elders, but only Dadabhai blesses her. Mishti, on the other hand, receives blessings from everyone.
