The episode begins with Mihir calling Noina to update a file, but he forgets to wish her on her birthday. This disappoints Noina. Suchi reminds her that it’s Karwachauth, so Mihir may have overlooked her birthday. Noina insists on celebrating her birthday only if Mihir comes, but Suchi hesitates, knowing Mihir has a wife, Tulsi. Noina becomes emotional, saying she is fighting for her love and blackmails Suchi into calling Mihir as her birthday gift. Suchi reluctantly agrees.
Meanwhile, Vrinda waits in a bus line when Subhash arrives and urges her to ride his bike. Initially hesitant, Vrinda finally agrees when Subhash speeds up, reminding her it’s Karwachauth and she should observe the fast. Subhash gently feeds Vrinda from her tiffin, showing care and concern.
Suchi approaches Mihir to inform him about Noina’s birthday. Feeling guilty for forgetting, Mihir plans smartly to attend both the birthday celebration and observe Karwachauth.
At the office, Angad notices Vrinda fainting. He holds her and realizes she has a high fever and has kept a fast. He gives her water and urges her to go home. Mitali secretly records the moment to use it against Vrinda later. Despite Angad’s insistence, Vrinda tries to manage on her own but eventually accepts his help.
Noina, however, is not satisfied with Suchi’s gift arrangement; she wants Mihir to be present in person. She hatches a plan to create doubt in Tulsi’s mind and make her upset. Noina arranges for a necklace to be delivered to Shantiniketan in Mihir’s name.
Sobha worries that her father might forget Karwachauth, while Tulsi decides to observe the fast. Munni hands the necklace to Tulsi, and she realizes it is from Mihir to Noina, leaving Sobha disappointed. Noina predicts that Tulsi and Sobha will feel hurt. She tells Suchi her “bomb” has been delivered and waits for Mihir to come to her, shocking Suchi with her audacity.
Sobha advises Tulsi to speak with Mihir. Tulsi leaves with the necklace, despite Sobha’s attempts to stop her. On his way to Shantiniketan, Mihir buys red flowers from a street vendor to support her. At Shantiniketan, Mihir learns from Munni that Tulsi is not at home and asks Sobha about her whereabouts. Sobha feels it’s unfair that Mihir is away while Tulsi is keeping the fast.
Meanwhile, Mitali shows the video of Angad giving water to Vrinda to Pari, who feels disgusted. Mitali asks Pari to share it with Ranvijay to involve Subhash, but Pari calls it a silly idea. She asks Mitali to plan something bigger for her love and assures her to wait and watch.
