The episode begins with Abhira stopping Arman and giving him a kiss, leaving everyone stunned. The boys and girls start protesting noisily, demanding to know what’s going on. Soon, Abhira and Arman discover that the boys’ hostel has lost electricity. They approach the warden, who explains that Arman, Rihan, and Priyanshu used an induction cooker, causing a power failure. The boys demand that the issue be resolved immediately.
To manage the situation, the wardens decide on a co-ed arrangement for both groups. This sparks protests from the girls, especially Abhira, who refuses to stay with the boys, calling them unhygienic. Arman defends his group, insisting they should stay in their hostel. Lavanya adds that her husband wouldn’t approve of such an arrangement, but the warden’s decision stands firm — girls will stay on the ground floor, and boys will occupy the first floor.
Meanwhile, Madhav tells Vidya that his only wish is for his family to be happy. Vidya confronts him for not supporting her in front of Kajal and wonders if he’s upset because she sided with Geetanjali. Madhav assures her that isn’t the case and expresses his faith that Abhira and Arman will reunite soon. Vidya smiles and embraces him warmly.
Later, Arman teases Abhira, saying her heartbeat is so loud it can be heard from a distance. When he leans closer, Alia suddenly appears and asks Abhira what she’s doing behind the cupboard. Flustered, Abhira makes excuses while Arman continues teasing her. Alia checks if Abhira is fine, and she awkwardly brushes it off before walking away.
That night, Abhira struggles to sleep as Arman and the boys play badminton nearby. Irritated, she argues with them, which soon turns into a playful challenge — a cricket match between the boys and the girls. Abhira excitedly decides to form her own team.
