The episode begins with Anurag confronting Shashwat, saying he can never forget what Shashwat did and will not forgive him either. He asks Shashwat to rest at home. Shashwat admits that Anurag has every right to be angry and confesses that he worries about Ishani after his time is up. Anurag reassures him that Ishani is capable of taking care of herself and notes that Shashwat seems to have feelings for her.
Shashwat admits that he failed to value Ishani in the past, and now it’s too late to show her love. Anurag suggests that they should give each other a chance. Shashwat refuses, saying Ishani only loves Anurag, and he doesn’t deserve her. He insists that Ishani deserves Anurag’s true love. Anurag promises to pray for Shashwat’s health but says he cannot accept Ishani. Shashwat observes that Anurag still loves Ishani but feels she doesn’t love him back. He asks Anurag to keep his visit a secret and leaves.
Later, back at home, Ishani asks Shashwat where he went without informing them. Raj Didi reminds him to take care of himself, and Shashwat assures her that nothing will happen. He tells them they are the most important people in his life and he won’t let anyone go. Ishani admits that one day she will leave, but Shashwat says that day is not today. Raj Didi inquires if he went to meet Nandini.
Shashwat declares that Nandini’s chapter is over and reveals he went to meet someone else. He checks on Ishani, asking if she’s alright. Ishani says she’s fine, and Shashwat encourages her to share her emotions with him and Raj Didi, reminding her that she’s part of their family. He asks about her future plans and suggests she could join his business, but Ishani insists she wants to live life on her own terms. Shashwat then invites them to dinner, which Ishani happily accepts. Alone, Shashwat regrets not valuing Ishani earlier and vows to keep her happy as long as he lives.
The next day, Shashwat reminisces about the previous day, and Raj Didi shares how much she enjoyed the horror movie. Shashwat serves tea to Ishani and mentions he’s planning to start cooking again. Suddenly, Ishani receives a courier from Anurag. Shashwat comments that Anurag must be missing her. Ishani opens it and is stunned to see Anurag and Radhika’s wedding card. She recalls their past moments together and breaks down in tears.
Shashwat asks Ishani what’s wrong. She says it’s technically good news since Anurag invited them to his wedding, but she runs to her room to cry, overwhelmed with emotion.
