The episode begins with Jhanak getting shocked to see Rishi at the college. Rishi warmly greets Sakhi and Dhamu. Sakhi assumes Rishi came for Mishti’s admission, but in truth, he is there for Jhanak. Pretending otherwise, Rishi hides his real motive. Dhamu requests Rishi to help Jhanak one last time. Curious, Rishi asks Jhanak about her admission issue, but she firmly says she doesn’t want his help. Sakhi then informs Rishi that Jhanak is struggling with admission fees.
Embarrassed, Jhanak tells Sakhi to stop. Rishi insists on helping, explaining that arranging a recommendation letter in a day is difficult. Sakhi supports Rishi and urges Jhanak to accept his help. Rishi promises Jhanak that she can repay him once her scholarship comes through. Since he can’t take them home, he decides to arrange a separate stay.
Jhanak questions why Rishi is helping her and what relation he has with her. Hurt by her words, Rishi tells her she can stay in his friend’s flat and that he has already booked a taxi. He hands her the money, and Jhanak quietly thanks him. Rishi tells her not to let money come between her and her dreams.
As the taxi arrives, Sakhi remarks that one day Rishi will regret losing Jhanak. Dhamu adds that everyone knows Rishi came only for her. Rishi dismisses their comments and asks them to get into the taxi.
Meanwhile, Mishti returns home. Abhimanyu, Tanushri, Neelu, and Aditi eagerly ask about her admission. Neelu jokes that Mishti shouldn’t forget them once she becomes a doctor. When Aditi asks if Jhanak was at the college, Mishti confirms she saw her and assumes Jhanak won’t get admission due to financial issues. She also mentions seeing Rishi there.
Aditi becomes furious, while Neelu claims Rishi must have gone to give Jhanak money. Tanushri believes Jhanak called Rishi for help, and Neelu agrees, calling it a sympathy act. Abhimanyu advises Aditi to call Rishi, but she refuses, saying she’s tired of the situation. Mishti vows to trouble Jhanak if she joins the college. Tanushri blames Jhanak for disturbing Rishi’s peace.
When Aditi finally calls Rishi, he lies that he went for Mishti’s admission but didn’t see Jhanak. Aditi says Mishti already saw Jhanak there. Rishi quickly ends the call, saying he’s busy.
Abhimanyu suggests they might have misunderstood Rishi. But Aditi doubts him again, saying his actions never match his words. Tanushri defends Rishi, urging Aditi to trust him, while Neelu points out that Aditi’s trust was broken before. Confused and restless, Aditi wonders where Jhanak will stay that night.
Later, Aditi shares her worries with Arshi. Arshi angrily says Rishi will never change, blaming him for ruining Aditi’s life just as Aniruddh ruined hers. Determined, Arshi vows to block Jhanak’s admission and make Rishi hate her. When Aditi asks about her plan, Arshi reveals she’ll send a man into Jhanak’s life and asks Aditi not to worry.
Later, Rishi notices Aditi looking unwell and asks if she has a fever. Instead of replying, Aditi pointedly asks him whether he met Jhanak today. Rishi avoids the question and tells her to rest.
