The episode begins with Mannat frantically searching for Neetu, asking everyone if they have seen her. Ronnie is equally anxious, worried about Neetu’s sudden disappearance. Mallika reveals that Neetu seemed extremely upset when she last saw her leaving the house and believes she must have gone out to find Vikrant.
At the hospital, Vikrant is distressed over Vishakha’s critical condition. A constable recognizes Vishakha and immediately contacts Dhairya to inform him about the accident.
Dhairya Learns About Vishakha’s Accident
The constable tells Dhairya that Vishakha has met with an accident and is admitted to the hospital. Shocked, Dhairya decides not to alarm the family, knowing they are already stressed, and rushes to the hospital.
The doctors inform Vikrant that Vishakha is now stable. Dhairya arrives and questions the constable about the accident. Vikrant steps in as a witness.
Vikrant Accuses Neetu of the Accident
Dhairya asks Vikrant if he saw any details such as a face or number plate. Emotional, Vikrant reveals that Neetu caused the accident. Dhairya is stunned by this revelation.
At home, Neetu returns completely broken. She cries that Vikrant has left her, while Keertha and Ronnie try to comfort her. Mannat asks Shruti to keep an eye on the matron while she stays with Neetu.
Neetu Breaks Down and Locks Herself In
Neetu locks herself in her room, overwhelmed by grief. Mannat anxiously tries to open the door. Meanwhile, at the hospital, Vikrant recalls their childhood trauma—the accident that destroyed his family years ago—and asks Dhairya if he remembers everything. Dhairya confirms he does, including how he tried to save Vikrant. When Vikrant asks the culprit’s name, Dhairya hesitantly says, “Neetu.” Enraged, Vikrant claims Neetu has repeated her mistake by causing Vishakha’s accident. Dhairya is shocked.
Neetu Attempts Suicide
Shattered, Neetu attempts to hang herself. Mannat, Ronnie, Gagan, and others plead with her to open the door. She cries that she has lost her son again, that Vikrant has abandoned her, and that she has nothing left to live for.
At the hospital, Vikrant hands Neetu’s dupatta to Dhairya, insisting she is responsible for the accident and telling him not to trust her.
Mannat immediately calls Dhairya, informing him about Neetu’s suicide attempt and begging him to intervene. Dhairya speaks to Neetu, assuring her that Vikrant is with him, still loves her, and that he scolded Vikrant for leaving her alone. He urges her to stop thinking about suicide and open the door. His emotional words finally reach her; Neetu abandons her attempt and breaks down. Mannat thanks Dhairya for saving her life, and Dhairya assures her that even if Vikrant doubts Neetu, he trusts she is not at fault.
Ronnie consoles Neetu, and both Ronnie and Mannat hug her emotionally.
Vishakha regains consciousness, causing Vikrant to become emotional again, but Dhairya begins to question Vishakha’s intentions. Mannat calls Dhairya to ask if Vikrant is with him and if she can speak to him. Dhairya says it’s not the right time and explains that they will reveal the matron’s information to Vikrant together once he is home. Mannat informs him that Neetu returned home heartbroken after failing to find Vikrant.
Vishakha Manipulates Vikrant with Emotional Drama
Vikrant apologizes on Neetu’s behalf. Seizing the moment, Vishakha launches into an emotional display, claiming she made a mistake returning to his life and that even Dhairya doesn’t trust her. She says she should leave, but Vikrant insists he will not let her go.
Meanwhile, Mallika informs Aishwarya that Mannat has found new evidence through the matron. Confidently, Aishwarya says Vikrant will not believe anyone now, as he trusts only what he believes he has seen with his own eyes.
