Meanwhile, at the hospital, Dimpy creates a dramatic scene, refusing to take any medicine unless her son is also admitted and treated. In the same hospital, a graceful and affluent woman named Kalpana arrives to visit her elderly mother, who is undergoing treatment. Kalpana lovingly prepares some fruits, cutting them into small pieces for her mother. Just then, Dimpy barges into the room and helps herself to a few apples. Kalpana immediately recognizes her as an old childhood friend. Seeing Dimpy in such a distressed state deeply affects Kalpana. As she watches Dimpy walk away, memories of their carefree teenage days playing together in the garden flood her mind, and the stark contrast between their cheerful past and Dimpy’s troubled present leaves her emotional.
Back at Baldev’s house, Queenie brings in an astrologer to set an auspicious date for the so-called marriage of Krishna and Khushi. Baldev grows puzzled and suspicious, unable to understand Queenie’s sudden interest in astrology. Krishna and Khushi are summoned to meet the astrologer, who examines their charts and declares that the suggested date is extremely inauspicious. He further evaluates Krishna’s horoscope, claiming that Krishna is not destined to receive love or support from the elders, indicating he cannot be the grandson of Baldev and Nandita. He also asserts that Khushi is not married yet and is not destined to marry so early.
Sensing foul play immediately, Baldev assumes that Queenie must have bribed the astrologer to manipulate the situation. Enraged, he confronts the astrologer, who swears by his profession, insisting that his statements are purely based on calculations. Baldev, unconvinced, orders the astrologer to leave the house and warns everyone that he will not tolerate any behavior that casts doubt on Krishna or Khushi again.
Stepping forward, Krishna confidently assures Baldev that he will soon prove the astrologer’s words wrong. Watching her plan fail yet again, Queenie feels cornered and furious. Before leaving, Krishna firmly reminds her that both he and Khushi are rightful heirs to the house, and no one—not even Queenie—can strip them of that right.
