The episode begins with Lakshmi noticing the tattoo on Jia’s hand, realizing that Jia is disguised as a nurse. She stops Jia just in time, preventing her from injecting poison into her. Holding the syringe filled with poison to Jia’s throat, Lakshmi demands to know why Jia is targeting Karan and involving Krish in her plan, stating that she knows Jia has been training him. Jia reluctantly admits that Lakshmi is right, revealing that Krish is actually Karthik. She explains that after Karthik’s face was disfigured, she found him and arranged for plastic surgery to alter his appearance. Jia accuses Lakshmi of breaking Karthik’s heart by marrying Karan, claiming that now Karthik, under the guise of Krish, seeks revenge. Lakshmi refuses to believe this, insisting that Karthik was never the vengeful type and that Krish cannot possibly be Karthik. Jia lashes out, accusing Lakshmi of being blinded by her love for Karan and unwilling to face the truth. Pushing Lakshmi aside, Jia escapes the room, but Lakshmi remains steadfast in her belief that Krish is not Karthik.
Meanwhile, Karan is deep in thought, recalling Krish’s assertion that Lakshmi is his wife. Dadi, noticing Karan’s troubled state, asks what’s bothering him. Karan, tears in his eyes, confesses his fear of losing Lakshmi to Karthik. Dadi asks, “Isn’t Karthik dead?” Karan replies that Karthik is alive and has returned as Krish, after having undergone facial surgery. Dadi, concerned, wonders why Karan isn’t with Lakshmi in the hospital if he truly loves her. Karan, still overwhelmed, says he’s afraid Lakshmi might choose Karthik over him. Dadi reassures him, reminding him that Lakshmi risked her life to save him, and if she truly didn’t care for him, she wouldn’t have done that. She tells Karan that Lakshmi has a pure heart and deeply loves him. Dadi urges Karan to protect his wife from any negative influences. Inspired by her words, Karan vows to fight for Lakshmi’s love and never let anyone take her from him.
Meanwhile, Krish enters Lakshmi’s hospital room, claiming he’s come to take her with him. However, when he pulls back the bedsheet, he finds that Lakshmi is missing. Panicking, he begins searching for her.
In the car, Lakshmi asks Karan where they are headed. Karan replies that he’s taking her far away from all the conspiracies. Lakshmi warns that Krish will follow them wherever they go. Karan reassures her, saying he cannot lose her to anyone. Lakshmi, however, remains uneasy. Although the evidence points to Krish being Karthik, she refuses to believe it. She insists they must uncover the conspiracy because their enemies will stop at nothing to harm Karan’s family, and they need to break the plan. Just then, Krish’s car blocks theirs. They are forced to stop. Karan acknowledges that Krish is relentless in his pursuit of them. Lakshmi gets out of the car to speak with Krish. He demands to know if Karan has kidnapped her. Lakshmi responds by questioning Krish’s true identity, saying that if he were truly her Karthik, he would never have teamed up with Jia. She challenges him to bring Jia’s dead body to her as proof, warning that if he harms Karan or his family, it will prove that he’s not Karthik. Lakshmi then returns to the car with Karan, determined not to let Krish sway her.
As they drive away, Karan asks Lakshmi why she set such a condition, wondering if she would truly go back to Krish if he killed Jia. Lakshmi reassures him that it will never come to that. She believes that Krish will now go to Jia to discuss their plan, which will give them a chance to keep an eye on their next move and expose the real conspiracy. Confident, she assures Karan that Krish’s true identity will soon be revealed.
