The episode opens with Jhanak dreaming about the moments she shared with Rishi. The dream shifts to Ankush’s threatening words about killing Rishi. She murmurs to herself that she won’t let anything happen to him and that she will save Indranath too. Just then, Indranath calls her. Jhanak wakes up and apologizes for sleeping. He reassures her that it’s fine and asks why she seems so tense when everything is supposedly fine. He admits he trusts her, which is why he wanted her by his side, but he notices she seems exhausted because of him. Jhanak thanks him for trusting her but admits that anyone can betray. Indranath is taken aback and asks her what she had wanted to tell him earlier.
Jhanak hesitates, but before she can speak, Ankush’s doctor, Manish, enters. Indranath asks if there’s any problem, but Jhanak says they will talk later. Manish informs her that the senior doctor wants to speak with her. He then takes Jhanak aside, questioning how Indranath regained consciousness. Jhanak protests that she doesn’t know. Manish warns her that Indranath might not have survived if she had administered the medicine he gave her. He shows her a letter she had placed in Indranath’s medical report and cautions her that her loved ones could face consequences for her mistake.
Meanwhile, Tanushri tries calling Rishi, but he doesn’t answer. Concerned, she mentions that Aditi can now track his location. Aditi reveals that Rishi is in Kolkata. Indumati is confused since Rishi claimed he had left Kolkata. Aditi confirms that he lied and that he won’t answer their calls. Manish reports that Indranath has regained consciousness, shocking Ankush, who realizes that Jhanak must have altered the medicine. Furious, Ankush tells Manish to wait for his next call. Rishi insists Jhanak is acting to save lives as a doctor, while Ankush vows she will be punished. He orders his men to beat Rishi, recording it and sending the footage to Manish.
