The episode begins with Tulsi asking Karan to reveal who Niyati is to him. Without waiting for an answer, she slaps Karan, accusing him of breaking her trust. She slaps him again for cheating on Nandini, then another time for taking a false oath on Baa, and continues to slap him in anger.
Suddenly, a hand stops her, and Tulsi is shocked to see Ansh’s lookalike standing there, asking her to stop hitting his father. This reminds Tulsi of her past with Ansh Gujral, and she points at him in shock. The boy questions why she is hitting his father. Karan tries to calm him down, but Tulsi is visibly disturbed.
Karan tells the boy, Rio, that the woman is mentally unstable. Rio questions how Karan can say such a thing. He suggests that Tulsi needs treatment, and Karan apologizes to Tulsi for the situation. Rio then asks Tulsi if he can help her, but she suddenly suffers a panic attack. Rio suggests informing the family, but Tulsi asks him to stay away. She then regains consciousness, shaken, and recalls that she had killed Ansh in the past.
Rio calls Tulsi a mad woman, while Karan defends her, saying she is like his grandmother. Rio insists on teaching her a lesson, but Karan stops him and tells him to behave properly. Rio is impressed by Karan’s nature. Karan takes him upstairs, while Tulsi walks away alone in trauma, thinking about how Karan has betrayed everyone. Karan, meanwhile, feels guilty for hurting his mother and breaking his family’s trust, though he hides his pain. Tulsi is deeply disturbed after being called mad.
Karan later calls Tulsi and apologizes. Tulsi answers the call and immediately demands to know who the boy is. She asks about him repeatedly, but Karan tells her to calm down. Meanwhile, Munni wakes up Ritik and tells him to stop staring at her. Ritik denies it playfully and says he has every right to look at his wife. He expresses his love for her and says she is making fun of his feelings. He jokes that they can pretend this is just acting and asks why she accused him of staring. Pretending to be hurt, he says he will not talk to her, though he is clearly teasing.
Munni apologizes repeatedly, asking him to look at her. Ritik enjoys the moment and continues joking. She becomes emotional, saying she is not worthy of his love. Ritik quickly clarifies that he was only joking, and Munni also admits she was joking. He says he got scared, and she asks him to close the gate. Ritik tells her she is the answer to his prayers and that he stares at her because she is his wife. Their moment is interrupted by a phone call.
Karan joins the dining table and sees Niyati feeding Rio. Rio tells Niyati that he is lucky to have a father like Karan. Niyati, however, feels disappointed as Rio always supports his father. Karan tries to leave, but Niyati stops him. He informs her that he has to go because he has important clients from Singapore.
Meanwhile, Tulsi remains deeply disturbed and in trauma.
