Anupama Today Episode 22 June 2026
Today’s episode begins with Digvijay apologizing to Prem for slapping him in front of everyone. He admits that he should not have raised his hand against Prem and says that he is fulfilling the condition Prem had set. Meanwhile, Anupama wonders whether Digvijay has gone to the Kothari house. She finds it hard to believe that he would actually apologize to Prem. Kinjal and Mahi discuss that Digvijay has gone to bring milk, while Anupama convinces herself that he must have gone to the market and that she is overthinking the situation.
Prem tells everyone that Digvijay did not just slap him but also hurt his self-respect. He argues that Digvijay’s apology seems formal and insincere. Khyati asks Prem whether he has an X-ray machine in his eyes that allows him to determine if someone is genuinely sorry. Prem insists that a simple apology is not enough and that Digvijay must pay for what he did. He accuses Digvijay of merely negotiating rather than apologizing from the heart. Anil and Khyati support Anupama’s side. Digvijay states that he has done everything he could and leaves the final decision to Prem. Meeta asks Digvijay whether he is willing to bow down for Anupama’s sake. Digvijay replies that he can humble himself if needed, but he can no longer bear to see Anupama’s family suffering.
Vasundhara then tries to persuade Prem to attend the engagement ceremony. Prem initially refuses, but Vasundhara points out that Digvijay has already won by apologizing and that they should now attend the function. When Shruti attempts to intervene, Vasundhara assures her that she knows exactly what she is doing. Meanwhile, Anupama asks Ansh and Prerna to find each other’s rings before the engagement ceremony begins. As preparations continue, she eagerly waits for Digvijay’s return.
Before the engagement, Ansh and Prerna participate in a fun game. Curious about its purpose, Ansh asks Anupama about it. She explains that the game serves as a rehearsal for married life, teaching them how to support and take responsibility for one another in the future. Jaya asks the couple to exchange rings immediately, but Anupama reminds everyone that the ritual should be completed properly first.
Just then, Digvijay returns home. Anupama asks whether he managed to get what he had gone for, and he quietly replies that he did not. Kinjal urges Anupama to proceed with Ansh and Prerna’s engagement. However, everyone is stunned when Pranshi, Rahi, and Pari arrive along with the Kotharis. Digvijay is pleased to see them, while Anupama is left shocked. Prem’s arrival surprises the entire Shah family.
Anupama quickly realizes that Digvijay must have apologized to Prem. Digvijay encourages her to smile, and she warmly welcomes the Kotharis. Ansh thanks Prem for attending the ceremony, while Prerna adds that Ansh is thanking him on her behalf as well. Prem responds by saying that Prerna’s happiness is what matters most.
Later, Anupama offers sweets to Shruti and jokingly suggests that eating them might reduce some of her bitterness. Shruti responds that she does not like sweets. Anupama then remarks that she cannot tolerate bitterness and advises Shruti to maintain a balance.
Paritosh observes that Digvijay must have apologized to Prem. Gautam remarks that Prem’s condition was fulfilled because Digvijay apologized multiple times, which is why they decided to attend. Anupama stands up for Digvijay, while Hasmuk and the rest of the Shah family thank him for helping reunite their family. Meanwhile, Paritosh and Pakhi privately comment that they are surprised by the lack of drama around the Kotharis and admit that they are not enjoying the calm atmosphere.
As the engagement ceremony resumes, Jaya asks Ansh and Prerna to exchange rings. Leela and Anupama also encourage the couple to complete the ritual. At the same time, Paritosh deliberately provokes Gautam by suggesting that after Ansh and Prerna’s wedding, he may lose custody of Pranshi. Gautam immediately reacts, insisting that Ansh cannot take away his rights over Pranshi. Paritosh continues manipulating him by repeatedly bringing up the custody issue.
Deep in thought, Gautam realizes that as long as Pranshi remains with him, he maintains a claim to the Kotharis’ inheritance. Determined not to lose that advantage, he decides that he will not give up his hold on Pranshi so easily.
