The episode begins with Vicky telling Shalini that she must solve the case and agreeing to marry her the next day. In front of Shivprasad, he openly expresses his love for Shalini. Shivprasad is heartbroken and walks away from there.
Shalini loses her temper and slaps Vicky. Vicky complains that he was only expressing his love, yet she is humiliating him. He insists that he loves her deeply. Shalini warns him not to take her name again and makes it clear that she only loves her husband. She orders him to leave her house, and Vicky eventually walks away.
After he leaves, Sheetal asks Shivprasad what happened. Shivprasad informs her that Vicky had come to his house. Sheetal tells him that this is proof that Shalini is betraying him and urges him to accept reality and move on, saying she does not deserve him. She also asks him to forget his family and stop coming there.
Shivprasad, however, questions how he can forget his family when his children are there. Sheetal insists that he should acknowledge Shalini’s betrayal, but Shivprasad feels something is not right and says he cannot accept it blindly. He decides he will find out the truth himself.
Sheetal then urges Shivprasad to get into the car, warning him that if someone recognizes him, they may not hesitate to kill him.
Meanwhile, Vicky Sharma receives a call from Karan Kulkarni, who asks what is happening there. Vicky Sharma informs him that he visited Shivprasad’s house on Father’s Day. Karan instructs him to make Shalini agree to marry him and collect evidence of her betrayal against Shivprasad. He declares that he will ensure Shalini goes to jail and suffers the same pain his son went through, vowing to carry out his plan.
Elsewhere, Shalini comforts her children. Chintu accuses her of killing his father. Shalini denies it, saying she loved him deeply and he meant everything to her. She breaks down, wondering how people can accuse her of such a thing. She opens a bag and finds several cards inside. Piyu tells her that her father used to buy those chocolates for her and asks if he is really her father. Shalini hugs her children and cries. Chintu, however, refuses to believe his father is dead and insists that Parshuram is immortal.
Later, Balram searches for Abhay and eventually catches him. He questions him about the Manali murder case, but Abhay tries to escape from his custody. Shivprasad catches him, and a fight breaks out. Shivprasad demands that he confess the truth. In a panic, Abhay lies and says that Shalini hired him to kill Shivprasad. Before anything further can happen, Bappar shoots Abhay from behind.
Shivprasad loses his temper and shouts, asking who killed him. He tells Balram that Abhay mentioned Shalini’s name before dying.
