Today’s episode begins with Abhira telling Arman that she will wait for him outside the operation theatre. Before he is taken in, she finally confesses her love to him. Arman reciprocates and confesses his love to Abhira as well. Meanwhile, Manoj asks Abhira about Arman, and she silently gestures toward the OT. Inside, a nurse attempts to remove the chain from Arman’s neck before the surgery, but he refuses to take it off. The nurse then asks for an oxygen cylinder. Abhira immediately goes to arrange one but suddenly collapses and loses consciousness. Sensing that something is wrong, Arman feels that Abhira is in danger and tries to go to her. However, the nurse gives him an injection, preventing him from leaving.
Meanwhile, Myra arrives with the oxygen cylinder but is shocked to find Abhira lying unconscious. The doctor explains that Abhira’s blood pressure has dropped dangerously low because she has not slept properly for several days. She further warns that Abhira may be suffering from a serious and potentially life-threatening illness, leaving the Poddar family stunned.
Heartbroken, Myra prays to God and pleads with Him not to take both her parents away from her. She tearfully complains to God, while Vidya and Mukti stand beside her. Myra asks Vidya to pray as well. Vidya says that God has already taken Rohit, Charu, and BSP away from her. She declares that if anything happens to Abhira and Arman this time, she will throw God’s picture out of her house. Mukti folds her hands in prayer and asks God to forgive both Myra and Vidya, saying they are speaking out of fear and anxiety. Myra also urges God to listen to Mukti’s prayers.
The doctor reveals that Abhira is at risk of suffering a cardiac arrest because her blood pressure is critically low. At the same time, Arman’s condition also begins to deteriorate. Pradhan encourages Arman to keep fighting for his life. During this critical moment, Abhira and Arman’s souls meet. Abhira urges Arman to return to life for the sake of his daughters and family, but the two end up arguing. Eventually, Arman recovers and is declared out of danger. The doctor then informs everyone about Abhira’s critical condition.
Soon, Arman regains consciousness. As the doctor questions him, Arman looks blankly at Vidya, Myra, and Mukti, unable to react. Vidya quickly instructs Myra and Mukti not to tell Arman anything about Abhira’s condition. Just then, Kaveri brings Abhira into the room. Relieved, Abhira expresses her happiness that Arman’s 0.1 percent chance of survival turned into hope. Arman finally recognizes Abhira and gently asks her to get some rest. Abhira playfully tells him to give her some space.
Pradhan objects, saying that Abhira cannot stay with Arman, but Vidya requests him to allow them to rest together. Myra then mentions Abhira’s cardiac arrest, leaving Arman worried. He immediately asks Abhira about it, but she brushes it off as a minor issue and once again asks him to let her sleep.
