The episode begins with Mannat discussing Vikrant’s condition with the doctor. She reveals that Vikrant fainted when she showed him their wedding pictures. The doctor advises her not to force Vikrant to remember his past, as pressuring him could worsen his condition. When Mannat asks when he will regain his memories, the doctor explains that it may take time and that he cannot give any guarantee. He suggests that if she tries to recreate moments from their past, it might help him recover his memories, but she should not directly tell him anything about his past.
Meanwhile, Dhairya brings Roni to the hospital and gets him admitted. The doctor informs Dhairya that Roni suffered a panic attack. The nurse gives him the prescription to buy medicines. While there, Dhairya notices Kumar and suspects that Mannat might also be present. He secretly enters the doctor’s cabin, but the doctor scolds him for coming inside without permission. Dhairya lies that he thought his wife was in the cabin, apologizes, and leaves. Soon after, Mannat comes out. She tells the doctor that Dhairya is her brother-in-law and explains that she has not revealed the truth to her family yet because they might force Vikrant to remember his past. She thinks about how she noticed Dhairya through the CCTV footage and managed to handle the situation in time.
Dhairya questions Kumar about his presence at the hospital. Mannat signals Kumar, and he lies that he came to meet the doctor because he was suffering from stomach problems. Dhairya advises him to eat homemade food. When a woman comes out of the doctor’s cabin, Dhairya assumes he mistook someone else for Mannat. Taking advantage of the situation, Mannat and Kumar leave.
