The episode starts with Abhimanyu warning Manyata that the chain is not an ordinary one but a nuptial chain. He tells her not to dare touch it. Mannat explains that Vikrant tied it around her neck, and it is the symbol of their marriage. She considers it her most precious possession.
Samragi asks Manyata not to create a scene and apologizes to Mannat on her sister’s behalf. Mannat tells Manyata that she may not understand the importance of the nuptial chain today, but she will realize it someday. She says she wears it for her love, Vikrant.
Mannat explains to Samragi that Abhimanyu lost his balance and she helped him, due to which her nuptial chain got stuck in his shirt button. She does not want Manyata to destroy the last memory of Vikrant. When Manyata holds Abhimanyu’s hand, Mannat notices her possessiveness. Kumar points it out to her, but Mannat says it is neither love nor possessiveness, but their lie.
Samragi scolds Manyata for her rude behavior toward Mannat. She tells her that acting without thinking can create problems, and Abhimanyu may even leave her because of such actions. Manyata gets worried.
Meanwhile, Abhimanyu apologizes to Mannat on Manyata’s behalf. He explains that after his accident, Manyata has become overprotective of him and asks Mannat not to take her words seriously. Mannat agrees.
When Manyata comes and holds Abhimanyu’s hand again, Mannat feels hurt. Abhimanyu receives a call and leaves. He wonders why he feels strangely connected to Mannat despite meeting her for the first time. He cannot understand these unexplained emotions.
Samragi asks Mannat if Dhairya is her husband. Mannat clarifies that Vikrant Saluja is her husband and Dhairya is her brother-in-law. Samragi says she got confused because Dua called Dhairya “Baba.”
Mannat explains that Vikrant is Dua’s father and Dua is a symbol of their love and beautiful memories. Samragi sends Manyata to bring Abhimanyu. She tells Mannat that Manyata is very possessive about Abhimanyu and that he feels this place gives him a sense of home.

Meanwhile, Dua and Yuvi secretly enter Samragi’s house. They hide after seeing Ankit and notice Abhimanyu there. Dua stops Yuvi from approaching him and suggests checking his room for proof that Abhimanyu is actually Vikrant.
Later, Mannat tells Abhimanyu that she has prepared some of Vikrant’s favorite dishes for the menu. She hopes everyone likes them. She also suggests adding a puppet show to the mehendi function, and Manyata approves the idea.
At the same time, Dua finds a bracelet in Abhimanyu’s pocket and realizes that he is Vikrant. As Dua and Yuvi try to leave, Ankit catches them.
Ankit informs Mannat that he found Yuvi and Dua inside the house. Dua manages to cover up the truth. Mannat worries that they might reveal Vikrant’s identity. Abhimanyu calls Dua and Yuvi to talk.
Dua shows the bracelet to Abhimanyu and asks if it belongs to him. He confirms it. When Dua ties it on his hand, Abhimanyu gets flashes of his past and suddenly faints.
Manyata blames Mannat for Abhimanyu’s condition, but Mannat defends herself. Ankit takes Abhimanyu away, while Samragi scolds Manyata for accusing Mannat without proof. She warns that such behavior may make others suspicious.
Dua confronts Mannat for hiding the truth. Mannat reveals that Vikrant’s life is in danger, which is why they cannot reveal his identity yet. She asks Dua and Yuvi to keep his truth hidden.
Meanwhile, Samragi becomes suspicious of Mannat’s connection with Abhimanyu. She feels Mannat may have entered their house with a hidden motive and decides to find out the truth.
Mannat convinces the children not to reveal Vikrant’s identity to anyone.
