The episode begins with Malti insisting that everything she did was for Aparajita’s happiness.
Aparajita asks why Malti never asked what would truly make her happy.
She questions why Malti and Rakshit assumed that a divorced woman like her needed someone’s support to live her life.
Rakshit tells Aparajita that she has misunderstood his intentions.
He says he never wanted to force his love on her.
However, when he learned she was leaving, he believed that spending time together might make her develop feelings for him.
Aparajita says everyone has been trying to write her life story for her.
She asks why no one believes she has the right to make her own decisions.
Malti is shocked and asks why Aparajita is saying all this.
Aparajita reminds Rakshit that she had already told him she did not love him.
She asks how both of them could lie to her and betray her trust.
She declares that she will never step into the Bharadwaj house again and will never be a part of Rakshit’s life.
She also ends their friendship, saying no one has the right to decide her future.
With that, she walks away.
Rakshit is left heartbroken and admits that he made a terrible mistake by hurting Aparajita.
Meanwhile, Urmila returns home and finds Avinash with Rashmi.
