The episode begins with Rakshit noticing that Aparajita is still sitting outside his house in the rain. Rashmi arrives and asks her to leave, but Aparajita refuses, saying she will not go without speaking to Rakshit and Sudha.
Rashmi explains that Rakshit himself called and asked her to take Aparajita away. She urges Aparajita to give him some time, as he is angry and deeply hurt. Unable to hold back her tears, Aparajita looks at the house one last time before leaving with Rashmi.
After she leaves, Rakshit steps outside and stands in the rain. He regrets breaking his promise to always support Aparajita as a friend. Feeling heartbroken, he believes that perhaps he is not destined to find love.
Sudha and Sheela watch him from inside. Sudha becomes emotional after seeing Rakshit cry like a child. However, Sheela tells her not to become weak. She warns that if Rakshit learns the truth about Sudha’s fake heart attack, he will return to Aparajita. She insists that it is better to let him suffer now so he can eventually forget Aparajita. Sudha breaks down in tears.
The next morning, Aparajita reaches the office. She imagines Rakshit standing at the tea stall and even shares a cup of tea with him. Moments later, she snaps back to reality and resolves not to give up.
At the same time, Rakshit imagines Aparajita working beside him in his cabin. His illusion ends when he hears a loud sound. He convinces himself that his love has only brought pain to everyone, so staying away from Aparajita is the right decision.
When Aparajita tries to enter the office, her access card fails. The security guard informs her that she is no longer allowed inside. Vivaan then hands her a termination letter and rudely asks her to leave.
Mohit objects to Vivaan’s behaviour, but Vivaan says he cannot stay calm after Malti slapped Sudha. Mohit walks away. Aparajita insists that only Rakshit has the authority to fire her.
Vivaan shows Rakshit’s signed termination letter and tells her that the company gave her everything, but she did not deserve it. He then informs Rakshit that he has delivered the letter before leaving.
Meanwhile, Ira notices Rakshit sneezing and asks if he is alright. Rakshit brushes it off and says he is perfectly fine.
Elsewhere, Sheela tells Sudha that Rakshit has dismissed Aparajita from the company. Sudha says Rakshit must be suffering inside. Sheela replies that Aparajita is like a disease in his life and everything they are doing is for his future.
Arvind disagrees. He reminds Sudha that Aparajita was never at fault and says Rakshit and Aparajita should be reunited. Sheela immediately asks a servant to take Arvind away to his room.
At home, Malti worries because Rakshit is not answering her calls. Some neighbourhood women begin taunting Malti and insulting Aparajita. Ramgopal firmly warns them to stop.
Determined to get answers, Aparajita tricks the security guard and enters the office. She goes straight to Rakshit’s cabin and addresses him respectfully.
She tells him that although everything went wrong the previous day, they should at least talk once. Rakshit coldly replies that there is nothing left to discuss and confirms that the termination letter is genuine because it was his decision.
He says he made a mistake by stopping her earlier. According to him, this is exactly what she wanted. Rakshit adds that she does not even need to serve a notice period because there is no relationship left between them. His words leave Aparajita heartbroken as she breaks down in tears.
