The episode begins with Yashika asking the children about the arrangements. The children happily welcome Vikrant, but seeing them triggers his old memories. He keeps his distance and pretends that he is not Vikrant.
Bunty encourages Vikrant to try to remember them. Vikrant asks Mannat to explain the situation to the children and excuses himself.
Roni tells the children that Vikrant does not remember anything and will leave once the seven-day period is over. However, Yuvi refuses to give up and says they will continue trying until Vikrant remembers his past.
Dhairya also promises to help them. Mannat excuses herself and feels guilty for hiding the truth from the children.
Later, Mannat meets Vikrant and tells him that she understands how difficult it must be for him to stay away from the children.
Vikrant says that he will expose Dhairya. He then hugs Mannat.
Mannat tells him that he was once completely lost in Manyata’s love. Vikrant admits that although he believed their relationship was real, he could never connect with Manyata emotionally. His heart always belonged to Mannat.
Meanwhile, Dhairya tells Yashika that he never expected Vikrant to return to the Saluja mansion. He asks Yashika and Mallika to come up with a plan to get Vikrant out of the house.
Yashika reminds Dhairya that he created this situation himself. She says he tried to kill his own brother just to win Mannat’s love and questions why he is dragging them into his problems.
Dhairya grabs Yashika by the neck and warns her not to forget who he is. He accuses her of becoming overconfident after seeing Vikrant.
He also scolds Mallika for visiting the hospital. Mallika claims that Roni was helpless and had asked her to accompany him.
Dhairya demands that they come up with a way to deal with Vikrant. He says he wants to kill Vikrant because he cannot allow him to stay with Mannat.
Mallika questions his decision. She reminds Dhairya that Vikrant has already decided to leave the house after seven days.
She also reminds him that Mannat has challenged herself to restore Vikrant’s memory within those seven days. Mallika says Dhairya should simply ruin Mannat’s plan instead of killing Vikrant and taking the unnecessary blame for murder.
Dhairya appreciates Mallika’s advice and praises her for becoming smarter before leaving.
Yashika then scolds Mallika for giving Dhairya the idea. Mallika explains that she was actually trying to stop him from attacking Vikrant and deliberately redirected his attention.
She reveals that she has decided to help Mannat. Yashika praises her decision.
Meanwhile, Vikrant tells Neetu that he feels he has lost her. He recalls how she sacrificed her life to save him.
Mannat comforts him as he remains determined to expose Dhairya.
Mannat asks Vikrant when he first discovered Dhairya’s true identity and wonders whether it happened on their wedding night.
Vikrant denies it and says he realised Dhairya’s true intentions when Dua accepted him as her father.
Vikrant explains that he had already become suspicious of Dhairya and started keeping an eye on him. He eventually discovered that Dhairya was trying to abduct Dua and managed to stop his plan.
Mannat is shocked and asks why Vikrant never told her about it.
Vikrant says he tried to tell her but could not. He did not want to ruin her happiness at that moment.
He then reveals how Dhairya betrayed him. Dhairya used a voice changer to trick him into going to a particular location, where he abducted Vishaka and framed her.
Vikrant narrates everything that happened that night to Mannat. She is left completely shocked after hearing the truth.
