The episode begins with Aparajita following Mohit’s car in an auto, unaware that Rakshit is following her from behind in his own car.
Meanwhile, Rohan reaches the Bharadwaj office hoping to meet Aparajita, but he learns that she has already left. He runs into Vivaan and immediately remembers Chandrabaga’s warnings about Aradhya and Vivaan. Vivaan questions Rohan about his presence at the office. Rohan says that he has come to meet Aparajita.
Vivaan tells Rohan that he should meet his relatives at home and stay within his limits. Rohan taunts Vivaan for talking about limits and accuses him of snatching his fiancée away from him. Vivaan loses his temper and warns Rohan to speak respectfully. He reminds him that he is lucky they are inside an office and orders the security guards to throw him out. The guards remove Rohan from the premises.
Ira witnesses the incident and goes inside. Chandrabaga then takes Rohan aside and reminds him that she had already warned him about the Sharma sisters’ intentions. She points out that Rohan has now been beaten up twice and insists that Aparajita must still be inside the office.
Elsewhere, Mohit meets Raveena, leaving Aparajita shocked when she sees them together. Mohit notices Aparajita and questions her about why she is there. Aparajita immediately confronts him and accuses him of sharing confidential company information with Raveena.
Raveena tells Aparajita that she cannot make such accusations against Mohit without proof. Aparajita reveals that she saw a black hoodie in Mohit’s bag and also noticed an injury on his hand. She believes these details connect Mohit to the suspicious incident.
Mohit dismisses her suspicion, saying that anyone can own a black hoodie. He explains that he injured his hand while playing with Reva in the park and tells Aparajita that she can confirm it with Reva. Aparajita then says that she also overheard Mohit talking to someone about papers and money.
Raveena finally tells Mohit that he should reveal the truth. When Mohit tries to stop her, Raveena says they have no other choice. She explains that she and Mohit have realised they cannot stay away from each other and are therefore planning to buy a new house and move there. However, Sheela and Param are against their decision.
Mohit then explains to Aparajita that he has started a small business and needs ₹4 crore to purchase a house. He says that he was speaking to the bank about arranging the money and had kept everything secret because he did not want Sheela to find out.
Just then, Raveena starts coughing, and Mohit goes to get her some water.
Raveena quietly warns Aparajita that Rakshit must not find out about their situation. However, before they can say anything further, Rakshit arrives.
Rakshit is furious with Aparajita and accuses her of betraying the company. He claims that the company has suffered losses because of her and that clients are leaving because of her actions. Aparajita asks him whether he really does not trust her.
Rakshit tells her that she has been secretly meeting a rival and says that he has no reason to trust her after seeing what she has done. Aparajita begs him not to call her a cheater.
She then quickly creates an explanation, saying that she may soon become unemployed and had therefore come to meet Raveena regarding a job opportunity. She reminds Rakshit that Param had offered her a position after she won the competition.
Rakshit remains hurt and sarcastically tells Aparajita that she has broken his trust. He then walks away.
Aparajita signals Mohit to remain hidden until Rakshit leaves. Once Rakshit is gone, Mohit comes out. Aparajita asks why Rakshit reacted so strongly over such a small matter. Mohit understands that Rakshit’s anger is connected to seeing Raveena and decides that he should tell Rakshit the complete truth.
However, Aparajita stops him. She tells him that they should not reveal everything to Rakshit just yet.
Later, Aparajita prays to God while crying. A priest tells her that when there is a deep relationship, pain can also become part of it. He says that it is ultimately in their hands whether they choose to save the relationship or allow it to break.
Aparajita agrees with him and promises that she will continue trying to save her relationship with Rakshit.
Meanwhile, Rakshit is also seen crying, deeply hurt by what he believes Aparajita has done.
After some time, Aparajita repeatedly tries to call Rakshit, but he refuses to answer. Malti notices her distress and asks whether Rakshit said something to her.
Aparajita admits that she cannot see any way forward. Malti tells her that when there seems to be no path, they have to create one through communication. She then goes inside.
Left alone, Aparajita realises that she unknowingly hurt Rakshit and damaged his trust. She makes up her mind that this time she will not give up. She decides that she will keep trying to reach Rakshit and will not walk away without apologising to him.
