The episode begins with Tulsi asking Sobha to call Nandini because she urgently wants to speak to her. However, Karan stops Nandini and tells her that she can talk to Tulsi later as they should focus on welcoming the guests. He takes Nandini along, leaving Tulsi humiliated.
Meanwhile, Tripti is delighted when she learns that Samira is arriving with Sid. She asks Sid to come quickly and secretly thinks that Tulsi will soon become her samdhan, which will bring happiness into her life. Samira receives a call from Rounak but refuses to answer, fearing that everyone will discover that she has eloped.
Garima wonders why Samira is taking so long to come downstairs, but Rounak stops her because he wants to inform his father first.
Tripti warmly welcomes Samira and Sid with aarti and tika. She tells Samira that she has accepted her as her bahu and promises to give her a grand welcome soon. Tripti asks Samira to sit beside her and consoles her. She assures Samira that everything will eventually be fine and reminds her of Mihir Dadu and Tulsi’s love story. She encourages Samira to remain strong like Tulsi and says that her family will eventually accept her decision.
Samira admits that she had misunderstood Tulsi. She now realizes that Tulsi has always supported her and genuinely wants her to be happy. Tripti asks her not to cry and goes to get water. However, once alone, Tripti thinks that Tulsi has no idea that her family is about to fall apart and that she will take advantage of the situation.
Back at Shanti Niketan, Karan wonders why Samira is taking so long and decides to check on her. Tulsi notices Rounak coming downstairs without Samira and immediately becomes worried. Rounak informs Karan that Samira is not in her room. Tulsi confirms that Samira has left the house and reveals that she saw her climbing down from the balcony.
Parag’s family starts asking about Samira. His father, Hemal, approaches Karan and asks why she has not come down yet. Karan initially tries to hide the truth, but Hemal keeps questioning him. Finally, Karan admits that Samira has eloped.
Hemal becomes furious and humiliates Karan for bringing disgrace to his family. Nandini says that she has gone to look for Samira but has no idea where she could have gone. Karan folds his hands and apologises.
Hemal then realizes why Karan was so eager to arrange the engagement and suspects that Samira was involved with someone else. Karan tries to defend his family, but Hemal is deeply disappointed. He gives Karan five minutes to find Samira, otherwise he will cancel the alliance as well as their friendship.
Gautam tries to calm Hemal, while Hemal’s wife also blames Karan’s family for the humiliation. Hemal eventually takes his family away.
Tulsi feels that Samira has made a serious mistake. Sobha consoles his heartbroken brother, while Damini questions Karan about how Samira managed to escape. Gautam is also confused.
Sobha asks Nandini whether she is certain about what happened. Nandini reveals that she was the last person to meet Samira. Niyati suddenly remembers that Tulsi had gone to meet Samira. She confirms that, according to Maharaj Ji, Tulsi had gone to Samira’s room.
Karan immediately accuses Tulsi of helping Samira escape. Tulsi explains that she had only gone to speak to him about Samira, but Karan refuses to believe her. He angrily accuses Tulsi of trying to destroy his life, reminding her of Parth’s death and claiming that she is now ruining Samira’s life as well.
Gautam tries to control Karan, but he remains furious. Karan says that Tulsi has destroyed his reputation. Tulsi reminds him that he was the one who arranged Samira’s alliance with Parag.
Karan demands to know why Tulsi interfered in the matter. Tulsi firmly states that she did nothing wrong and had only tried to speak to Karan and Nandini about Samira.
