The episode begins with Roop asking Anup to let the matter go, explaining that Soumya was only a child at the time and perhaps she never wanted to learn music. He tells Soumya that she should share everything with the family so they can decide what needs to be done.
Madhu notices that Soumya is visibly nervous. Soumya reminds Roop that he is speaking to her father, while Anup becomes disappointed because he does not want his brother to be humiliated in front of everyone.
Meanwhile, Jeet talks to his Nani and describes Soumya as a unique girl who is facing an emotional outburst from her own family.
Soumya remains disturbed by the situation. Madhu asks Anup to forget everything, but Anup says that simply forgetting it will not change how he feels. Soumya becomes even more upset when she sees her father going to bed without eating.
Jeet later approaches Soumya and asks her to eat. When she refuses, he calls her a stubborn girl and points out that she normally seeks her parents’ permission before doing anything. He questions why she went to the college to help him despite knowing her family’s opposition.
Soumya replies that she simply cannot tolerate injustice. Jeet realizes that her reaction may be connected to something painful from her childhood. Soumya asks him to leave before Anup sees them. Jeet takes the food thali from her and realizes that Soumya is hiding something deeply painful.
Soumya worries about Pihu
The next morning, Soumya prepares Anup’s favourite chura matar and waits for him at breakfast. She lovingly tells him that she made it for him, but Anup remains upset and walks away without listening.
Soon after, Soumya sees Roop holding Pihu’s hand and taking her somewhere as a surprise. The sight reminds Soumya of her own childhood, when Roop used to take her somewhere in a similar manner.
Fearing that history may repeat itself with Pihu, Soumya immediately follows them.
Jeet confronts Anup
Meanwhile, Jeet arrives at Anup’s clinic to meet him. Anup instructs the receptionist not to let Jeet inside, but Jeet refuses to leave.
He confidently waits outside and tells the receptionist that Dr. Anup will eventually call him in.
Anup watches him through CCTV and suddenly sees Jeet beginning to remove his shirt. Shocked, Anup immediately asks him to put it back on and finally calls him inside.
Jeet tells Anup that he has passed his examination and jokingly comments that he may now get more female patients.
Anup then becomes serious. He acknowledges that Soumya told him how Jeet helped her, but asks Jeet to stay away from his daughter.
Jeet agrees, but puts forward a condition: Anup must stop ignoring Soumya and allow her to return to college.
Jeet tells him that Anup’s silence is hurting Soumya more than the original problem.
Anup explains that although he is a doctor who understands pain, he is also Soumya’s father. He considers her extremely sensitive and says he will go to any extent to protect her.
Anup even asks Jeet to leave the locality and start a new life somewhere else.
Soumya discovers the truth
Meanwhile, Soumya desperately searches for Pihu. She suddenly remembers that when she was a child, Roop had taken her to a music shop.
She realizes that Roop may have taken Pihu to the same place.
Soumya rushes there and finally finds Roop and Pihu inside.
She is left completely shocked when she sees Roop repeating the same situation from her childhood and asking Pihu to take the harmonium.
The discovery suggests that Soumya’s painful past may be repeating itself with Pihu, leaving her determined to protect her younger family member from going through the same experience.
