The episode begins with Husna humiliating Kausar’s upbringing and making insulting remarks about Seher’s background. Seher refuses to tolerate Husna questioning her mother’s character and gives her a fitting reply, leaving Husna speechless.
Husna then creates a scene in front of the guests and tries to manipulate everyone against Seher. Seher decides that she does not need to tolerate Husna’s behaviour because this is only a fake engagement with Mahid. She reminds herself that she came to treat Mahid and should focus on her professional responsibilities instead.
Seher Learns About Farid’s Surgery
Meanwhile, Insha is teaching the madrasa students when she hears Seher’s voice and secretly listens to her phone conversation.
Seher learns from the receptionist that Farid is in the operation theatre. She asks the receptionist to give Mahid’s medical report to Farid once the surgery is completed.
Insha becomes curious and wonders what has happened to Mahid.
Mahid Refuses to Help Seher
Meanwhile, Mahid is painting the bench for the madrasa students. He remembers Kaiz and Haider’s words and realises that he is constantly lost in thoughts of Seher.
Determined to finish his work, Mahid continues painting.
Seher arrives and asks him to come and check the engagement arrangements with her. Mahid refuses, saying that he is busy and does not have time.
Seher insists that she needs to complete the arrangements quickly. Mahid again refuses and reminds her that their engagement is fake, so there is no reason for him to worry about it.
Seher tells him that he can finish his work later because Sultana has given her only two days’ leave to manage the engagement preparations.
Mahid asks why he needs to help when Sultana has given leave to Seher.
Seher explains that Sultana is only giving her some consideration because she is Mufti’s fiancée. She is already facing problems, including an inquiry against her before the medical board.
