Today’s episode begins with Myra thinking that Abhira has allowed her to have a piece of cake. She happily enjoys it and later throws the bill into the bin.
Abhira then confronts Myra about Aafat. Myra gets distracted, but Abhira asks her to reveal the truth about Aafat.
Myra is about to tell Abhira that Aafat is actually Kabir when Arman arrives. Myra gets shocked.
Arman eats the cake, and soon the Poddars arrive in the kitchen and also enjoy it.
Myra asks Abhira what is happening. Abhira tells her to let everyone eat because everyone is already disturbed.
Myra says that she does not want to hide the truth about her friend Kabir. Arman asks Myra to thank her friend.
Meanwhile, Samar thinks about Barkha. Nandani asks him if Neena will come.
Samar says that Neena has refused. Nandani then suggests that Samar should remarry.
Samar refuses to marry again. Nandani explains that if he remarries, he may be able to claim custody of Barkha.
Later, Abhira tells Arman that she has taken an appointment with an oncologist for Vidya.
Arman decides to take Vidya to the doctor. However, Vidya says that she wants to go to her parents’ house.
Arman tells Vidya that she cannot leave before visiting the doctor. Vidya insists that she does not need a doctor because she is perfectly fine.
Madhav asks Vidya what happened and whether she is alright. Vidya avoids Arman’s request.
Meanwhile, Manisha tells Manoj about Vidya’s tumour. Abhira also informs Myra, while Kaveri tells Kajal.
Sanjay asks whether Vidya has breast cancer. Vidya becomes embarrassed and scolds Arman for revealing the matter openly.
Arman continues insisting that Vidya should visit the doctor, but she refuses to listen to anyone.
Vidya later decides to leave secretly. Outside, she notices some women and asks what is happening.
Abhira and Arman put on an act to make Vidya realize that women often ignore their own health.
Vidya understands what they are trying to do and finally agrees to visit the doctor. The entire Poddar family decides to support her.
Meanwhile, Abhira starts coughing. Kaveri gives her medicine, and Arman gives her water.
Arman remains worried about Vidya’s medical report.
Kaveri asks Abhira and Arman to attend the Janmashtami celebration at the Damanis’ house.
Arman refuses, saying that Vidya’s report could arrive at any time. Kaveri assures him that everyone will stay with Vidya.
She asks Arman and Abhira to attend the celebration and bring blessings for Vidya.
At the Damani house, the family welcomes the guests.
Bhairvi fixes Kabir’s hair while Kabir keeps checking the door. Bhairvi asks if he is waiting for someone, but Kabir ignores her question.
Soon, the lights begin flickering. A guest taunts Nandani for not checking the lights despite all the decorations.
Nandani asks Raghav and Kabir to check the lights.
Abhira, Arman and Myra arrive, and the lights suddenly brighten at the Damani house.
Kabir smiles when he sees Myra wearing a traditional outfit.
Meanwhile, Kaveri and Krish have an arm-wrestling match. Vidya and Sanjay support Krish, while Kajal says that Kaveri is stronger.
Arman asks Madhav about Vidya’s report. Madhav says that there is still no update.
Kaveri eventually wins the arm-wrestling match.
Later, Samar asks Abhira to host the event. Abhira is shocked by the request.
Arman becomes suspicious and wonders whether the Damanis are planning something.
Samar, meanwhile, thinks that Abhira will create a scene.
The episode ends with Abhira and Madhav promoting the GI tag for handwoven material.
