Today’s episode begins with Digvijay telling Anupama that she cannot give anyone the power to hurt her. Anupama, however, says that these are her own family members and they are the ones who always hurt her. She feels that money has become more important than relationships for everyone.
Anupama watches her family members quarrelling over her prize money and becomes deeply upset. Hasmuk asks her to stay calm. Anupama says that the Shahs will never understand her because they have not learned the values taught in the Ramayana, Gita or Upanishads. According to her, they have learned only about money.
Anupama then makes it clear that everyone will receive an equal share of the prize money. However, she reminds everyone that only she has the right to decide whether Mahi will receive her share. She firmly tells Paritosh that he has no right to make decisions about her money.
Hasmuk again asks Anupama not to distribute her prize money. He calls Paritosh, Pakhi, Mahi and Prerna freeloaders and says that they are young enough to earn money themselves. Hasmuk even gets angry with Leela because she keeps changing her stand.
Hasmuk then advises Anupama to build her own house and help Digvijay get his house back. Pakhi questions how they can give up their shares. She reminds everyone that Ishani helped Anupama during the competition.
Paritosh argues that Kinjal also supported Anupama during the competition and at home, so she should receive 50 percent of the money. Kinjal immediately refuses to take anything. She even tells Paritosh that if he wants money so badly, she can give him a divorce.
Digvijay asks Kinjal not to speak like that. He says that he is already happy and does not want his house back. He decides to move into a rented house. Digvijay promises that if Anupama gives him money, he will return it to her. He says that Anupama helped him fulfil his dream, and now he wants to help her fulfil hers by encouraging her to build her own home.
Pakhi becomes suspicious of Digvijay and wonders whether he is trying to become their father. Leela, meanwhile, continues demanding her share. She says that Anupama will not have any right over her house.
Leela questions why Anupama wants to build a separate house when Digvijay himself does not want to return to his old home. Hasmuk stops Leela from arguing further and once again asks Anupama not to distribute the prize money.
Anupama, however, remains determined to give everyone their share. Ishani worries that after distributing the money, Anupama will have nothing left for herself. She asks how Anupama will build her own house then.
Anupama decides that she will take a loan for her house. Kinjal questions why Anupama wants to burden herself with EMIs when she already has enough money to build the house.
Anupama asks everyone to remain quiet. Mahi then reminds her that while she can silence everyone, she must also think about Rahi and Prem. Paritosh declares that he will not allow Anupama to give her prize money to Prem and Rahi.
Mahi explains that Rahi and Prem may suffer because of Anupama’s decision. She reminds everyone that Shruti had threatened to close the café if they lost.
Shruti then confronts Anupama and questions how she manages to win every time. She says that Rahi went and hugged Anupama, while Prem also defended her. Shruti points out that although Rahi and Anuj had been staying with her, their love and loyalty remained with Anupama.
Anupama clarifies that she never tried to come between Shruti and Anuj. Hasmuk becomes angry and tells Digvijay that Leela has already irritated him enough. He warns that if Shruti says anything against Anupama, he may lose his temper. Digvijay tells him that Anupama will handle the situation herself.
Shruti then reveals that she is returning to the USA. Anupama immediately becomes concerned about Anuj’s café and wonders what will happen to it.
However, Shruti surprises everyone by revealing that she is not closing the café. Instead, she has transferred the café to Rahi’s name.
Paritosh and Pakhi become relieved because they realise that Anupama will no longer have to give her prize money to Rahi. Pakhi even says that Rahi has won big.
Anupama becomes emotional and hugs Shruti. She thanks her for taking such a generous decision. Anupama then requests Shruti not to leave and asks her to stay with Rahi and Prem. She urges Shruti to reconsider her decision to return to the USA.
The episode ends with Anupama trying to convince Shruti to stay, while Shruti’s decision regarding her future remains an emotional turning point for Rahi, Prem and Anupama.
