The episode begins with Aparajita returning home. Malti immediately asks about her decision. Aparajita remembers Rakshit telling her not to reveal their plan to anyone.
Aradhya also asks Aparajita to say something, but before she can respond, Rakshit arrives. He tells Malti that Aparajita has made the right decision as a sister. He then announces that Aradhya and Vivaan’s engagement will take place the very next day.
Aradhya is overjoyed after hearing the news. Rakshit says that Sudha will take care of all the arrangements and asks everyone to come to his house the following day. He then leaves.
Rashmi questions Aparajita about why she sacrificed her own love for Aradhya’s happiness. She also wonders how Aparajita will be able to live without Rakshit.
Aparajita admits that it was an extremely difficult decision, but she has made it. She asks everyone to get ready for the engagement and then goes to her room.
Alone, Aparajita begins feeling guilty and wonders whether she is doing the right thing for her family.
Suddenly, she is shocked to find Rakshit inside her room.
Rakshit tells her that he understands how bad she is feeling and knows that she is struggling to face her family after pretending to give up their relationship.
Aparajita asks how he knows what she is going through. Rakshit explains that he also had to act in front of Sudha and hated every moment of it. However, he says they have no other option if they want Aradhya and Vivaan to be happy.
Just then, they hear Aradhya’s voice approaching.
Aparajita immediately tells Rakshit to escape through the window. Rakshit looks outside and notices the neighbors standing nearby. With no way to escape, Aparajita asks him to hide under her bed.
Aradhya enters the room and thanks Aparajita for everything she has done.
Rashmi, however, points out that Aparajita is paying the price for the mistake Aradhya made. Aradhya becomes angry and asks who Rashmi is to interfere between her and Aparajita.
Aparajita immediately stops Aradhya from speaking disrespectfully to Rashmi.
Aradhya then starts criticizing Rakshit, saying that he is not worthy of Aparajita. She argues that if Rakshit were really such a good person, he would not still be single at the age of 35. According to her, there must be something wrong with him.
She further calls Rakshit boring and wonders who would want to marry such a person.
Hidden under the bed, Rakshit is visibly hurt by Aradhya’s words.
Aparajita finally asks Aradhya to stop. She defends Rakshit and says that his biggest flaw is that he is not selfish. He always thinks about his family and his company before himself.
Rakshit becomes happy after hearing Aparajita defend him.
Aparajita warns Aradhya never to speak about Rakshit like that again. Rashmi then takes Aradhya away.
After they leave, Aparajita notices that Rakshit is crying. She tells him not to take Aradhya’s words seriously.
Rakshit explains that he is emotional not because of Aradhya’s insults, but because Aparajita took a stand for him. He reminds her that she even described him as a “Green Forest.”
Rakshit then pulls Aparajita closer to him.
Aparajita playfully tells him that she cannot kiss him every day. Rakshit then surprises her by showing her a ring. He reveals that he had bought it when he originally planned to propose to her.
Aparajita responds by creating a ring of her own using a rudraksh.
The two secretly exchange rings, turning the emotional moment into a private promise of their love.
Rakshit congratulates Aparajita and lovingly calls her his “future Mrs. Pathuka Bharadwaj.” He then kisses her forehead.
Just then, Bua arrives, putting their private romantic moment at risk.
