The episode begins with Nakul questioning the villagers about why they mixed poison into the food given to the alligators. He strongly objects to such treatment and believes the creatures should not be punished for the situation.
However, the villagers remain worried about their losses. They ask how they will compensate the families who have lost their loved ones in the alligator attacks.
Understanding their concerns, Duryodhan assures them that as the son of the King of Hastinapur, he will take responsibility for helping the affected families. His promise gives the villagers some relief.
Meanwhile, Duryodhan becomes increasingly jealous of Arjun after seeing his brothers praise him for his bravery and for saving Dronacharya’s life.
Arjun’s courage earns everyone’s admiration, which makes Duryodhan uncomfortable. Bheem notices his jealousy and reminds him not to let envy come between the brothers.
Despite Bheem’s warning, Duryodhan continues to struggle with his feelings toward Arjun.
Dronacharya then congratulates all the brothers for showing courage and taking a strong stand against the danger threatening the people.

Ashwathama is shocked and becomes irritated by his father’s unusual methods. He struggles to understand why Dronacharya would risk his own life just to test the courage and abilities of his students.
Meanwhile, Pitama Bhishma receives a mysterious letter from Magadh. The message leaves him deeply confused, and he immediately asks the secret messenger to return to Hastinapur so that he can gather more information.
Bhishma and Kunti begin to suspect that someone may have secretly entered Hastinapur with the intention of causing destruction from within.
Their suspicions grow stronger as they try to uncover what really happened to Chitra. They want to understand the circumstances surrounding her death and find out how she was poisoned.
