The episode begins with Heer and Cherry walking towards Fateh. Heer asks Fateh to first complete his song and assures him that she will let him sing once it is finished.
Heer then comes up with an interesting idea. She suggests that Fateh should collaborate with another singer.
Fateh tells Heer that whoever collaborates with him will be paid a good amount. Hearing this, Cherry immediately remembers her own song.
Cherry realises that she might be able to sell her song to Fateh. However, she decides to keep this thought to herself and does not tell anyone.
Meanwhile, Nawab notices how concerned Heer is about Fateh. His insecurity about Heer and Fateh’s growing friendship returns once again.
Heer begins explaining her plan, but Nawab immediately disagrees with her. Their disagreement soon turns into a playful argument.
During the argument, Heer ends up spilling colour on Nawab’s face.
Later, Heer sees a dream, but Koyal wakes her up. Nawab then comes up with his own plan, but Heer refuses to accept his idea.
Both Heer and Nawab become determined to prove that their plan is better. They continue arguing and trying to defeat each other.
Seeing their constant competition, Waris tells Fateh that Heer and Nawab are behaving as if they are competing against each other.
Waris and Fateh finally decide to step in. Instead of allowing Heer and Nawab to continue fighting, they decide to let fate choose between their ideas.
Waris asks everyone to write their respective ideas on separate chits. The chits will then be picked randomly.
Heer and Nawab participate in the process, and Fateh eventually picks the chit containing the selected idea.
When Fateh reveals the result, everyone is surprised to learn that the winning idea is a Masquerade Ball.
The announcement excites everyone, while Heer and Nawab’s competitive battle takes an unexpected turn.
Meanwhile, Cherry questions Waris about his intentions. Waris tells her that he has not lied to her.
He reveals that he wants Heer and Nawab to become friends again.
Waris soon learns that Heer and Nawab were actually married. Cherry tells him about their breakup and explains that she believes Nawab is not good for Heer.
Despite everything Cherry tells him, Waris remains determined to bring Heer and Nawab closer.
He even calls Cherry a coward for refusing to fight for what she wants and challenges her to prove that she is brave.
On the other hand, Nawab tells Buzzo that Heer will never be able to fix the mess that has been created in his life.
Meanwhile, Cherry tells Saiba about Waris calling her a coward. She encourages Saiba not to be afraid and tells her to live her life according to her own wishes.
Later, Cherry hears Fateh singing and secretly places her song inside Fateh’s book.
However, before Fateh can properly discover the song, the paper falls to the floor and gets wet.
Fateh picks up the paper and notices that someone has written something on it.
Waris arrives and questions Cherry about what she is doing there and what she has kept.
He jokingly asks Cherry whether she has left a love letter for Fateh.
Cherry becomes irritated and tells Waris that he is not her boyfriend and has no right to interfere in her personal matters.
Waris continues teasing her, which makes Cherry even more furious. She runs after him, determined to slap him, and warns him not to interfere in her personal affairs.
Meanwhile, Nawab goes to meet Gulab carrying a bunch of roses.
Suddenly, he notices the same mysterious person entering Gulab’s room. Nawab immediately becomes suspicious and runs after the person.
He notices the freshers’ week batch and becomes confused about the person’s identity.
Nawab calls Arjun and asks him to confirm whether Heer is currently in college. Arjun confirms that Heer is there.
This leaves Nawab wondering who the mysterious person could be. Despite trying to catch them, Nawab fails to find the person.
Soon, Heer and Cherry arrive in an auto.
Heer asks Nilu why she called her. Ajit then reveals that he was the one who asked Heer to come.
Nilu firmly tells Ajit that her daughter will never cheat anyone.
Ajit, however, warns that Heer will have to cheat if she wants to survive the situation. He even threatens to drop her if she refuses.
Heer reminds Ajit of the day he burned her book. She questions how he can now expect her to appear for an examination.
She demands to know for whom he wants her to take the exam.
Nilu strongly objects to Ajit’s behaviour and warns him that he cannot destroy Heer’s life.
Meanwhile, Cherry notices that Saiba is upset and asks her what happened.
Cherry encourages Saiba to speak to their father instead of keeping her pain inside.
Later, Cherry herself opens up to her father about her emotional struggle.
She admits that she is unable to give her lyrics to someone else and feels deeply attached to them.
