The episode begins with Mahid telling Seher that he will try to break the window because it is the only way she can escape.
He manages to stop the fan by placing a piece of wood between its blades. He then asks Seher to come out quickly.
However, Seher’s leg gets stuck in her clothes. She struggles to free herself while Mahid fears that the fan blades may hurt her.
He urgently asks her to jump down. Seher finally manages to escape, but the fan blade cuts Mahid’s shoulder. He winces in pain.
Seher Treats Mahid’s Injury
Seher immediately tries to help Mahid, but he refuses to let her treat him.
Seher insists that she must give him first aid. She warns him that the wound is bleeding heavily and that he needs a tetanus injection to prevent it from becoming septic.
She forces Mahid to sit down and examines his injury. While checking his shoulder, Seher realizes that the cut is quite deep.
She tells him that he needs proper treatment and may even require stitches. Mahid, however, insists that he does not need her help and refuses to accept her treatment.
Seher scolds him for ignoring such a serious injury. She tells him that he cannot simply walk away while he is losing so much blood.
Mahid then taunts her, saying that she has finally admitted she still sees him as her patient. According to him, she cannot stop her doctor’s heart from treating a patient.
Seher becomes angry and asks why he took such a huge risk to save her.
Mahid asks her that if she did not need his help, then why did she call him? He reminds her that she deliberately left the beads on the road to alert him.
Seher admits that seeking Mahid’s help during difficult situations has become a habit for her. Whenever she has been in danger, Mahid has always been the one who saved her.
She says she had started believing that Mahid would always come to protect her.
Seher questions how he could risk his life like that when he knew how fast the fan was moving. She says the blades could have seriously injured him while he waited for her to jump.
Mahid replies that he could not let the fan hurt her.
Seher tells him that she does not care whether the situation could have killed her. What she cannot bear is seeing Mahid put his own life at risk.
She finally stops the bleeding and ties a cloth around his injured shoulder.
Insha Hopes to Support Mahid
Meanwhile, Insha is resting in Mahid’s room. She wonders why Mahid has not returned home yet.
She knows that Seher has broken his heart. Insha thinks she is different from Seher and would never do anything to disappoint Mahid.
She believes she can understand Mahid’s situation and will always stand by him. She decides that she will do everything possible to keep him happy.
Kaiz suddenly wakes up after having a nightmare. Insha comforts him.

Later, Seher admits to Mahid that she deliberately lured the goons away to protect Nazima.
Mahid Questions Seher About Nazima
Mahid complains that Seher already knew Nazima was hiding inside the Niyazi mansion, yet she never told him.
Seher explains that Nazima has repeatedly claimed that she is innocent. She does not know whether Nazima is telling the truth or not.
Seher wants to confirm whether Nazima’s accusations against Khalid are genuine. She also cannot allow Nazima to hurt Mahid again.
Mahid agrees that Seher may have a point. But he asks what will happen if Nazima poisons him again.
He fears that he could lose control and put Seher in a difficult situation.
Mahid then tells Seher that she should treat him again because, according to him, he is simply her patient.
He says he will appreciate her work and walks away.
Husna Decides to Take Revenge
Meanwhile, Husna feels that Haider has gone against her.
She refuses to tolerate anyone standing against her. Husna declares that she will not spare anyone who comes in her way, including Haider.
She decides to destroy him.
Amal Misses Kauser
Later, Amal hides inside her room while missing Kauser.
She asks Farid for permission to sleep in that room. Farid tells her that it is her own room and she does not need permission.
Sultana and Farid decide that they must find a way to solve Amal’s problems.
Seher Helps Nazima
Later, Seher notices Nazima hiding and takes her to Kauser’s house.
She asks Nazima to stay hidden there for two days. Seher promises that she will collect the necessary evidence soon.
She says that once they have proof, they can approach the marshal authorities and present the evidence so that Nazima can get justice.
Nazima, however, says that it will not solve everything.
She believes that even if she manages to clear her name, she will still have to return to Khalid. She reveals that Khalid forced her to stay with him the previous night.
Seher assures Nazima that Khalid cannot do that. She tells her that he cannot force his wife to sleep with him against her will.
Seher promises to help Nazima get justice.
Mahid Returns Home
Later, Mahid returns home and notices Seher in his room. He asks her what she is doing there.
Insha explains that Kaiz is sleeping there and she cannot carry him downstairs.
Mahid says that he will call someone to help.
Insha then notices the injury on Mahid’s shoulder and tries to help him. However, Mahid immediately warns her to stay away.
